Ligger mellan Linköping och Norrköping. 1 mil till ICA Supermarket i Linghem, 1 mil till Norsholms Slussar med Café (sommartid) och restaurang, mindre matbutik. Närhet till Roxen (ca 1 km) med egen klippa och tillgång till liten mysig sjöbod. Möjlighet att hyra eka, och fiskekort finns att köpa. På gården bedrivs aktivt ekologiskt lantbruk, med bl. a värphöns och betesdjur runt knutarna.

Tre sovrum, det stora på övervåningen har dubbelsäng, det mindre två enkelsängar. Ett sovrum med enkelsäng på bottenvåningen. Köket är modernt utrustat. Stor trädgård med utemöbler. . Vid sjön, ca 150 m från huset, finns badbrygga.Roddbåt och bastu finns att hyra. Nära till ängar skog och promenadvägar.
