Welcome, here you have a cheap home with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Are you interested in travel? You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Cabin on the land of the host. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020 and is about 55 sqm, 50 meters to the sea and nice municipal beach. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Small living room with Apple TV. It is possible to use a charging pole for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can drag a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cottage. Welcome to our pearl, Spikarna! We hire out our guesthouse at Spikarna, Alnö. Here you can stay in a newly renovated cottage of about 40 sqm with amenities such as fully equipped kitchen and fireplace. The house is located on a lake plot with attached jetty and incredible view! To the guesthouse there is a deck that is partially glazed and partially open. The nails are an old fishing camp with nice views in summer and winter and a walk away there are nice forests, lookouts and beaches.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.
