Modern sports cottage with 6 beds of about 80 sqm with high cozy factor! Built in 2014. Nice and quiet location overlooking the valley and the ski area. Close to the centre of the shell (1.5 km walk). Close to hiking trails and cross country trails. In the winter you can get to and from the ski system via the marked ski trail. For those interested in fishing, it is close to lakes and streams. Also on the ground floor, there is a sofa and TV for children and others to hang out in. Walking distance to the Björnvallen ski system where ski school and children's slopes are located. From there, you can get to the rest of Björnrike's lovely slopes. Right outside the cottage is the Adventure Trail - a beautiful and exciting hiking trail for children along a crystal clear mountain stream.

Welcome to our newly-built vacation home in scenic Vemdalskalet! With proximity to the ski slope and a stone's throw from cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and snowshoe trails. The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.

Vår mysiga nybyggda fjällstuga ligger på gångavstånd från Klövsjö skidområde och passar lika bra för skidäventyr på vintern som fjällturer och bad på sommaren! Njut av bastu, brasa eller solig altan efter en dag på skidbackarna eller fjället. Klövsjö är utsedd till ”Sveriges vackraste by” och kallas ”Skidåkarnas skidort”. Samma liftkort gäller även Vemdalens fyra skidområden med 35 liftar och 58 nedfarter. Lugnt läge nära skidområdet, restauranger, sportshoppar och en klar badsjö med bryggor.

Welcome to our nice, well-equipped cottage, built in 2022, in Björnrike. The cottage has a nice view of Sonfjället. Here you can relax with family and friends. Proximity to nice slopes, long trails, hikes and two golf courses. To the lift it takes less than 5 minutes by car and about 10-15 minutes to walk. Klövsjö golf club is about 30 minutes away by car. So also to Hede Golf Club. The cottage is located on Mosippevägen/Fågelvägen. The house has a charging box from Zaptec 11Kw.
