Welcome to our built mountain apartment on the ground floor, 3 rooms (4+2 beds) in the newly built Fjällbäcken Lindvallen, pool & paddle tennis. The area is about 200 meters from the newly built Söderåsen Express lifts and a pleasant walking distance to Experium with its facilities such as spa and adventure bath. Our home is equipped with a double bed of 160 cm, bunk bed (120/80 cm) and a sofa bed (153 cm), bathroom with washing machine and sauna, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Drying cabinet & washing machine is available.

The apartment is 54 sqm and has a balcony with beautiful views of the square and the ski slopes. Free parking space is included in the accommodation. The apartment consists of a master bedroom, two smaller bedrooms, bathroom, sauna, a combined kitchen/living room and balcony. Bring your own towels and linens. Cleaning is not included. Spacious apartment on the lower floor in a basement villa only 1 km from Kläppen Ski Resort. The apartment is 85 m2 divided into kitchen, dining room, living room/den, two bedrooms and toilet/shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds, a total of 6 beds. There is also a utility room with the possibility to hang and dry clothes in drying cabinets. WiFi and Canal Digital's full range is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning is not included in the basic price but can be purchased from the host.

Newly built apartment in Lindvallen with Pool and Padel court

The pool is now closed for the season, but the paddle tennis court is open. In the newly built area Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel, our apartment is located with close proximity to Söderåstorget. Our house is closest to the square. At Söderåstorget, SkiStar has installed a new 6 chair seat lift (with wind protection and heat in the seat) that starts across the road from us. Such a short walk to the lift. Home one slides easily! Experium with its activities, MTB center, Cross Country Arena, etc. is also within walking distance

Lindvallen Fjällbäcken 18B

Newly built ground apartment in fantastic Lindvallen, Fjällbäcken. Perfect location both for summer and winter activities. The nearest lift is newly renovated Söderåsen Express with heat and wind protection that takes you directly to the top. The apartment has Wi-Fi and Telia TV with several channels Please bring your own bed linen. Duvets and pillows are available. Cleaning is not included, can be booked with extra charge. During the winter we prefer to see Tor-Sun all Sun-Sun reservations.

Nice semi-detached house on two floors

Neighboring Olarsgården and a couple of hundred meters from Sälfjällstorget, you live quietly in this semi-detached house. Upper floor has high ceilings and kitchen combined with living room. The lower floor contains two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160 cm and the other bedroom two bunk beds of 90 cm each with storage underneath and in a chest of drawers. In the hall, there is a drying cabinet and in the toilet next to it, there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a spacious sauna.

Fjällbäcken, Lindvallen 4+2 beds Includes cleaning

I den vackra byn Fjällbäcken i Lindvallen ligger vår lägenhet. I området finns pool och padelbana (poolens öppettider juni-augusti). Fjällbäcken är ett nybyggt område 2024 och vår lägenhet är belägen ca 250 meter från nya liften Söderåsen Express (med uppvärmda säten m.m). Härifrån når du alla backar i Lindvallen. Det mesta hittar du på gångavstånd som Experium med äventyrsbad, spa, bowling, restauranger och affärer. Även närhet till längdspår, vandringsleder, klätterpark och cykelstigar/trail.

Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Lägenhet, byggd 2020, hyres ut i Lindvallen Sälen. En av norra Europas största skidorter. Bästa Ski in/Ski out läge. 30 meter från backen. Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.
