In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Welcome to our modern Lindvallen Hills apartment that has everything you would need. The apartment is located close to nature overlooking Lindvallen ski slopes. The apartment is 71 sqm with three bedrooms and an open floor plan in living room and kitchen. After a full day on the slopes, there is both a fireplace and sauna to warm up with. Wifi is included and the entire apartment has underfloor heating. In winter, there is a roller bandlift under roof to Söderåstorget. In summer there is a pool right by the apartment and cloudberry at the end of the street.

The pool and paddle court are now closed for the season. In the newly built area Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel, our apartment is located with close proximity to Söderåstorget. Our house is closest to the square. At Söderåstorget, SkiStar has installed a new 6 chair seat lift (with wind protection and heat in the seat) that starts across the road from us. Such a short walk to the lift. Home one slides easily! Experium with its activities, MTB center, Cross Country Arena etc. are also within walking distance

The nearest lift is newly renovated Söderåsen Express with heat and wind protection that takes you directly to the top. The apartment has Wi-Fi and Telia TV with several channels Please bring your own bed linen. Duvets and pillows are available. Cleaning is not included, can be booked with extra charge. During the winter we prefer to see Tor-Sun all Sun-Sun reservations.

Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Welcome to our charming cabin with a cozy sauna and grill room in the backyard. The cabin is divided into two separate parts rented out separately. There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Med gångavstånd till närmast lift och Experium. Med förtjusande utsikt mot backarna från balkongen på högsta våningen och poolområdet som ligger precis utanför. Under sommaren finns pool och padelanläggning brevid lägenhetshuset. Två sovrum med kombinerat kök och vardagsrum. Bastu för två personer, kamin, torkskåp, privat parkering, wifi och smart TV. Det finns parkering med laddstation för elbil.

Välplanerat attefallshus ett stenkast från längdspåret! Huset ligger med närhet till Högfjället i ett naturskönt område med ett fint ski-in/outläge. Du tar dig enkelt till skidbackarna och i området passerar fina längdskidspår som tar dig mot Högfjället eller Tandådalen. En liten bit bort passerar skoterleder vilka du kan ansluta till från bostaden. I huset finns ett sovrum med en enkelsäng och förvaring samt ett rymligt loft med dubbelsäng. Badrum med wc, kommod och dusch. Praktisk hall.

Walking distance to cross-country trails, Skistar's summer activities, shops, swimming, spa and several restaurants. The apartment's parking for 2 cars is at the entrance, so you are close to carrying in your luggage. In the public parking lot outside the apartments, there are 20 charging stations (MER) for electric cars.
