The apartment was amazing, spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen. Excellent view. Warm. we walked to Ålesund Sentrum easily, as well as up the hill for the views. Highly recommended.

Superb city apartment walking distance to the centre, well equipped, lovely balcony and great outlook. We would choose to stay again if we return to Alesund.

A wonderful place to come and stay. The views were spectacular and unlike anything we’d seen before. There were lots of opportunities for hiking, relaxing and getting away from all the hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend and would definitely come again. Monika and her family were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. The only thing I would do differently is hire a car as it is quite remote. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely spectacular space-- views, decor, amenities all perfection. Our family of four felt quite at home. Convenient location for central sights, restaurants and grocery stores. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had some back luck that needed more conversation than normal (disruptive street work outside) and that + construction on nearby homes made driveway access tricky at times. It's an old city with narrow streets, so driving is going to be exciting in the best of times. Even so, we were glad to have a car to be able to explore a bit further afield.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The host truly thought of everything to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. There were plenty of towels provided, a lovely welcome basket to greet us, and thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. The outdoor gas fireplace was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings, and the jacuzzi was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a great way to unwind. We were especially impressed by the charging station for our electric car, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we are very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Mon court séjour chez Marianne c’est très bien passé. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, propre, bien rangé et très bien équipé! Depuis la chambre il y a une très belle vue sur le fjord, et également depuis le jardin qui est très agréable. Les propriétaires vivent juste au dessus mais sont très discret et très gentils. À l’écoute du moindre besoin. Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour dans ce secteur!

Everything you needed for a trip is available in the unit. There is a dryer too. We were caught in the rain and had to wash the clothes. It is very convenient.

The house as well as the landscape around it is amazing. Hilde and Tore are very helpful, they immediately provided the required support to us even on Saturday late evening. This house was the perfect choice from our side.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Besonders schön war die ruhige Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein – rundum ein erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Tusen takk for muligheten til å leie dette fantastiske huset. Alt var veldig harmonisk innredet med stor oppmerksomhet på detaljer. Du kan slappe herlig av i badstuen og boblebadet og slappe av i husken med utsikt over vannet. Vårt favorittsted var setet "i" vinduet. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Takk for alt.

We had an amazing stay at an amazing Norwegian farmhouse with hiking nearby and floating saunas on the fjord in Sæbo. Very central to take ferries wherever you want to go. We highly recommend staying here!

Vi sjekket inn i det koselige huset på onsdag ettermiddag, og følte oss raskt hjemme. Her var koselig å være, gode rene fasiliteter, gode senger og en deilig utsikt. Vi tilbrakte flotte dager ved havgapet og kommer helt klart til å velge Siv Ulla sitt hus igjen ved senere anledning. Tusen takk 🤩🙏🏽

Beautiful place, nice and cosy apartment and friendly hosts!! We were very satisfied overall, the apartment was exactly what we wanted, the location is good if you own a car (20min from the city center), the nature nearby is really really beautiful and peaceful and the hosts were very helpful and friendly! The only minor downside was that sometimes we could hear the owners that live right above the apartment.

We stayed at Amalie’s place again before our return flight out of Ålesund, and it was just as great as the first time. Her place is in a perfect location for anyone flying into Ålesund and looking for a comfortable base for a few days. Highly recommended—especially for the beautiful surroundings!

Nous avons été enchantés par cet appartement. Belle décoration, bonne literie,tout le confort possible, lave vaisselle et buanderie. Salle de bain parfaite. Très belle terrasse. Une excellente adresse.
