Lugnet, utsikten och dessutom Billingens djupa skogar för vandring och bad precis bakom huset. Väldisponerat boende med två större sovrum med 160 sängar samt ett mindre med en våningssäng. Köket, tillika allrummet med bekväma fåtöljer samt tv. En terass med markis i direkt anslutning till entrén.

Child-friendly swimming in the lake Vristulven 4 km away, 25 min to Skara Sommarland, 30 min to Sjötorp Göta kanal, 15 min to Mariestad harbor and lake Vänern. 20-30 min to the mountains Billingen and Kinnnekulle, 20 min to the monastery church built 1150 in Varnhem.

På nedervåning finns kök, vardagsrum och ett badrum med dusch. Sänglinne, handdukar och städning ingår i priset! Gården är småskalig men aktiv. Hunden Jessi kan gå fritt i värdens inhägnade trädgård som på en sida angränsar till er trädgård. En sida av er trädgård är mer ogenerad med utsikt över fält och hagar. Fina promenadvägar i närheten. Welcome to our cozy guesthouse on a serene island in the Tidan River, Sweden, with easy road access. Just 25 minutes from Skövde (1h by train to Gothenburg) and Mariestad, it’s perfectly placed for exploring Sweden’s biggest lake, Vänern, and Billingen, a UNESCO Global Geopark offering great skiing in winter. Enjoy birdwatching at Lake Östen on the bird towers near by, stroll through our garden, or unwind in the yoga cottage by the water. The forests nearby offer berries and mushrooms.

My "cottage" is located 10 km outside Skövde city center. Skara Sommarland is 2.8 miles away. Paddle tracks, hop n pop and jump yard can be found within 6 km. Billingeberget offers a slalom slope, cross-country skis, skates, hiking trails, mountain bike trails, fishing, outdoor swimming pool and bike park for children. You can get to Billinge by car in 12 minutes. Skövde Adventure Pool can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

Gästrum på 35 kvm med integrerad kök och separat badrum/toalett. Det ligger omgivet av träd och grönska, med några torp i närheten som används som semesterbostad, samt fastboende. Det finns sofa, matplats ,en enkelsäng, samt en ihopfällbar gästsäng. Takhöjden är 215 cm, det finns några balkar i taket, där takhöjden är ca 183 cm . Gästlägenheten finns på 1.a våning. På 2.a våning finns ytterligare ett Airbnb boende.

Welcome to this great place with lots of room both inside and out. The cottage is a wing building to our residential house on our property. In the large garden, there is a barbecue area, swings and a playhouse as well as a pond. The cottage is within walking distance of a nature reserve with hiking trails. Also nearby are Hornborgasjön, Skara summerland, historic Varnhem, Grevagården's equestrian center, etc.

Welcome home to my house in the summer cottage area of Simsjön, located just outside Skövde. Here you have the forest as your closest neighbor, with a spacious balcony of 120 square meters with both a pool and a hot tub. 150 meters away, you can reach the swimming area for those who want to take a swim in the lake. The house sleeps 4 people. One bedroom with a double bed, one sofa bed.
