Lillstugan

Detached house on a farm 8 km from the centre of Falkenberg. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmens Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the junction. In the large room there is a kitchen area with a dishwasher. There are two single beds placed. One half staircase up there are two beds. Downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with a smaller respectively a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Bed sheets and towels are provided by the guest.

Mysig stuga på Skrea strand med egen inhägnad mindre tomt. Stugan är 44 m2 och ligger i ett lugnt privat stugområde 400 meter från havet. Nära till det mesta på Skrea strand. Renoverad 2022 med nytt badrum och 2024 med nytt välutrustat kök. Finns även en utomhusdusch på altanen. WiFi och Smart-TV finns i stugan. Altan med grill och utemöbler. Parkeringsplats ingår. Välkommen till vårt härliga boende på Skrea strand i Falkenberg på drygt 80 m². Huset är på 60 m² med öppen planlösning för kök, vardagsrum samt 2 sovrum och ett litet badrum. Från vardagsrummet nås ett generöst trädäck där grillen står redo. På tomten finns också ett gårdshus (Attefallshus). Huset har 2 sovrum á 12 m² med hotellkänsla. Skrea strand ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Boendet har trådlöst wifi och möjlighet att parkera 2 bilar. För elbil finns även laddbox.

Our place is close to a nice view of the sea. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the atmosphere. Toppstugan is about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we have fenced in the large terrace so that dogs can avoid being on a leash.
