The location of the cottage is a paradise for the fishing enthusiast as there is the possibility of fishing. The house itself has a lot of charm with open, pleasant social areas and a fireplace. Follow the path along the headland to the jetty for a swim. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe can be rented on site. Sauna SEK 500, boat or canoe SEK 200. The cottage is adjacent to nature reserves as well as hiking and cycling trails. Fishing licenses are required for fishing in the lake. Distance by car: 5 minutes to Simlångsdalen, 20 minutes to Halmstad

Enjoy sun, warmth and socializing right by the sea in Falkenberg! In this cottage, you will live comfortably with all the necessities. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the sea. The cottage area offers, among other things, a private sandy beach, playground, large lawns, bocce courts, etc. Biking distance to grocery stores and shopping as well as Skrea Strand. The cottage has a double bed, but there is room for up to two floor mattresses for the small family. We hope you will enjoy your stay and feel at home!

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.
