Farmhouse in Laholm's old town center with the river next to it

The courtyard house is located in the middle of Laholm's older district, Gamleby. Here you live a stone's throw from charming Hästtorget. Through the gate from the garden, there is close access to the Lagan river, which is a popular place for salmon fishing. The guest house is located at the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room and sleeping area for four. A smaller patio is available next to the property. Close to the sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjäre Peninsula.

Cosy and comfortable little place to stay all year round. The house is 800 metres from Sweden’s longest sandy beach. Enjoy long walks and spectacular sunsets. Mellby Center, with shops, restaurants and electric car charging, is 1 km away. The popular Kattegattleden cycle route runs nearby. Many beautiful day trips, outdoor activities and hiking trails are easily reached by car. The house is fully equipped and furnished, with a private entrance and free parking. Our nice guest house on cozy Södra Näs. Here you live in 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You can walk in a few minutes to several beaches or restaurants. You can see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking everyday or for a party. Surrounded by beautiful forest, hiking trails and vineyards, this idyllic cottage is a cottage. With a distance of just under 800 meters, you can reach Ästad winery, which also has a fantastic spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the cottage, you will find a swimming area with a jetty. A couple of kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, a fantastic hiking trail. But it is just as good to hike around the fantastic lake next to the cottage.

Our place is close to a nice view of the sea. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the atmosphere. Toppstugan is about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we have fenced in the large terrace so that dogs can avoid being on a leash.
