My newly renovated Croatian Capacious Villa 190 m away from the sea is in residential, very quiet area of Split and can accommodate up to 9 people in 4 bedrooms. Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful water Promenade with amazing restaurants and bars. The nearest beach and beach bar are only 200 m away. Large green zone and amazing Sustipan waterfront park are within few min walking distance. Yacht harbour is few mins away. Parking is free in front of the house. Looking forward :)
