Holiday rentals with breakfast in Skye

I've utilized airbnb for over 10 years and I can firmly attest that our stay with Aileen was the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. She was very doting, friendly and extremely helpful. I had picked up an unwanted hitchkiker on my ventures (a tick) and Aileen was so helpful when I was having a meltdown about dealing with the critter (she saved my life). She has a lovely personality with rich stories to share and great suggestions. Her traditional Scottish breakfast was fantastic and she had so many breakfast options to choose from aside from that. The room was flawless and the beds comfortable. If I come back to Skye and Aileen is still hosting, I will 100% come back. This is a bed and breakfast, inside of Aileens' home; not a hotel. It's better than a hotel. 100/10

Nous avons adoré Maureen pour son accueil, son sourire, sa gentillesse, sa générosité et sa patience avec nous. Nous avons eu un excellent échange malgré le barrage de la langue, elle a pris le temps de nous donner de bons conseils. Excellente cuisinière, elle nous a concocté un délicieux petit-déjeuner 😋😋😋. (Maureen, pouvez-vous nous donner la recette de vos champignons ? 😋😋😋😋😉). Notre chambre est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons bien dormi. Dommage que nous ayons passé qu’une nuit. Nous conseillons aux voyageurs d’aller à sa rencontre. Encore un grand merci à vous Maureen 🫶.

Ein kleines, aber feines Zimmer auf Skye mit kleinem Frühstück und tollem Blick aus dem Zimmer. Nachts war es ruhig und die Umgebung sehr idyllisch, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Für zwei Tage Aufenthalt war es für uns perfekt!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Mary hatte für unser Motorrad ein trockenes Plätzchen. Das Zimmer war klein, aber für uns völlig ausreichend. Es war schön ruhig in der Wohngegend. Wir haben super geschlafen. Das Frühstück war Klasse.

The house in Corpach is a lovely place: spacious, nicely furnished, and with a very well eqipped kitchen. It's in a quiet location but it's very easy to get from there to Fort William and on into Glen Nevis (or to just take a stroll down by the coast or the canal). Frazer is a very fine host: welcoming and good at communications.

Alasdair and Ross (his dog) are both excellent company: They made us feel very much at home in their lovely, wild corner of Harris. Spectacular sea views from the living room and walks from the front door. The breakfasts Alasdair provides are second to none, with eggs from his free range hens. The house has plenty of space, yet feels warm and cozy at the same time, a good place to sit and read, especially when the weather beats down outside. The kitchen is well organised, with everything neatly in its place. The bedroom and adjacent bathroom give guests plenty of privacy. The twin beds are comfy and the shower superb. This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed and we hope to return soon. 100% recommended.

Fiona is very friendly made us feel like home immediately. Although a bit distant, the area is very peaceful with beautiful surroundings - forest, lake and mountain views, which was perfect for us. In the morning Fiona prepared delicious Scottish breakfast for us.

What a fantastic place. The most amazing location with spectacular views and a great house. We quickly got into the habit of sauna, followed by a swim in the loch (what a treat that is), followed with a jacuzzi as our end of day routine. It really is a very lovely place. We hope to be back!!!

Christine and Howard were exceptional hosts. Their generosity was more than anything one could wish for . The breakfast the welcome basket, there was so much to choose from . We felt right at home and very comfortable from the start and they were both ready to help and support in anyway. Howard is a mind of information and brilliant to chat to , he was very helpful and gave us lots more of information of where to go on our walks. Thank you Christine and Howard x

Wir waren vier Tage bei Kathryn, und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Kathryn hat uns gar schon etwas in den Kühlschrank gestellt, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Kommunikation lief bestens, Kathryn war super hilfsbereit. Es waren tolle Tage in den Highlands.

A beautiful view outside and a great experience in the home!

Great place to stay to escape the Scottish weather. Nice clean space, lovely restaurant and the sauna is a welcome addition! Would recommend for two people.

Loved our stay. Perfect for the Fort William area, a great base for exploring! The view of the loch from the Lounge or master bedroom is absolutely stunning, the flat is just off the main road leading up to town. Access is via stairs at the back of the property, dedicated parking out the front. Property was very warm, very clean, comfy bed and generous layout. My partner and I had lots of room for our 3 dogs. Dog walking along the Loch, just across the road, easy peasy! Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely couple of nights. We stayed before and after we climbed Ben Nevis. It was a 5 minute drive to the visitor centre where we started, which was great, especially after the climb. Plenty of space and amenities, and a very warm and powerful shower!

Really lovely location, the view was amazing! Well equipped kitchen & cleaning cupboard. Lovely decor & open space. Easy to follow instructions for access & plenty of parking. Thank you for a great stay. :)

Perfect place for us in Ullapool - spacious, well located, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed (and more). Topher gave us very helpful recommendations and helped us plan our walks and drives over the time we were there. We had a great time. Much appreciated!

Our stay with Kirsty was great. What a welcoming host with a beautiful, comforting space that feels like home. Wonderful hike down to Brother's Point right out the door. The stay is equidistant to the Quirrang and Storr hiking areas. Easy access to Portree to the south and Staffin to the north. Amazing breakfast.

Nuestra estancia de dos noches en Skye con Rebecca superó nuestras expectativas. La habitación amplia, acogedora, limpísima, decorada con gusto. El desayuno muy completo. Rébecca ha estado muy atenta durante nuestra estancia. Es muy agradable y nos daba consejos para visitar la isla. La tranquilidad y la belleza del entorno, desde luego todo ha sido perfecto. Desde luego volvería sin dudar.

Wat een gastvrije en vriendelijke host is Anne. Fijn ontvangst, schone en ruime kamer. Badkamer deelden we maar dat wisten we. Er was een aparte zitkamer met geweldig uitzicht! Zeer rustig gelegen en op loopafstand winkel en restaurantjes. Ontbijt was ons beste ontbijt tot nu toe in Schotland. Uitgebreid en met liefde klaargemaakt. Aanrader!!!

The view from suite is great. It is very quiet atmosphere, and feels nature. The room is very comfortable to stay. We enjoyed plenty of tasty breakfast , they are enough for picnic lunch. Several kinds of coffee and Various tea. Good hospitality. The best Airbnb in the area.

We stayed here on our way from Edinburgh to the Isle of Skye. We were able to check in right away. The room was clean and the bed was large and easy to sleep in. Breakfast was provided in the room and we were able to eat at 6:00am and check out at 7:30am. The bathroom was clean. It was a comfortable stay.
