Steve was an amazing host- the space was cozy and perfect for my parents and I (in their 70's) while we were in town for a wedding. So easy to get to, beautiful, peaceful setting, awesome history too! The grounds were beautiful and it was fun to walk around and explore. I would absolutely stay there again!

We had a great time here with our 9 month old baby. The pictures don’t do the house justice. Access to the lake for swimming and kayaking and the facilities (pools, beach, basket ball and tennis court) make this a great place for an active vacation. The house has everything you need to travel with a young child (toys, changing table, pack ‘n play and even black out shades). The towns of Athens and Coxsackie are a few minutes away and have decent food and drink options. We would love to come back!

Beautiful place so comfortable and spacious. Very clean and welcoming. Coxsackie is one of my favorite areas to visit and with the new restaurant opening grey willow we will be back often we will definitely rent again from them

Beautiful setting, very private and quiet residential neighborhood overlooking the waterfront. Great for pet parents, lots of places to go for a walk. House is beautiful, probably big enough for 6-7 people, nice big and modern kitchen, huge flat-screen TVs, comfy couch, great king-sized bed. Only drawback is distance from town, but if you come prepared, you'll have a great stay!
