This unique accommodation is the perfect place to stay in Martin. You actually have a parking lot in the area of the apartment building. The apartment building is a new building, nice environment, you have a Tesco, mhd, restaurants, wine shop and party . A short walk away is the museum of the Slovak village - open-air museum, where you can walk and get to know the culture of our ancestors. The center of Martin is just a few minutes by car, you can also walk, or use public transport, which you have a short walk from the apartment. This location has everything you need to stay in Martin.

Separate apartment in a new family house

A cozy separate apartment with a fireplace in a new family house is located in the village of Sučany, just a few minutes from the city center, ski resorts, beautiful nature suitable for hiking, biking, mushrooming, fishing, or swimming in natural or aquaparks. You will sit in warm weather in a garden with the possibility of barbecue, or in cold weather by the fireplace, use an infrared sauna for 2 people. There is also a travel cot, massage services. Infrared sauna and wood are available for a fee of €5/day.

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

The luxury apartment in the city centre of Martin is fully renovated in 2024 and equipped with a modern amenities. Stylish interior with a minimalistic tone, providing a comfortable and spacious living space of 37 m² layout, up to 4 guests. It is located just 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre and only 100 m from a Lidl supermarket . Free parking spot in front of the building. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a larger bedroom with a double bed.

Byt sa nachádza priamo v centre mesta, v tichej časti, pár metrov od pešej zóny, s výhľadom na mestský park. Je na prvom poschodí, bez výťahu. Byt je plne vybavený, so všetkým spotrebičmi, vrátane žehličky a žehliacej dosky či fénu na vlasy. V okolí nájdete viacero reštaurácií, potraviny, obchodné centrum Galéria, kino Moskva či Slovenské komorné divadlo. V blízkosti sú tiež autobusové zastávky a pošta. Martinská fakultná nemocnica a vlaková stanica sú vzdialené cca 10 min na pešo.

Štúdio Helena v centre

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

The exceptional location guarantees a variety of activities during your holiday: 3 km from the ski resort Jasenská dolina, 9 km from Martin, 20 km from Turčianske Teplice. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking and skiing experiences in the winter.

Romantic wooden lodge close to rock climbing areas

This rustic house built in traditional Slovak style is in the centre of a little village called Zaskalie - Manínska Gorge, in a heart of national nature reserve which features the narrowest canyon in Slovakia. It lies in the Súľov Mountains, 6 km (3.7 miles) from Považská Bystrica. With wild and rare flora and fauna, its perfect for rock climbers, nature lovers and families. It's a short walk from the crag and very comfortable.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
