It doesn’t take long to fall in love with the rolling hills and serene landscape of western PA. Residents are blessed to enjoy the year-round beauty of all four seasons, ranging from mild snowy winters to the breathtaking foliage of autumn. Built in 1870, this house is one of a kind. Some of its unique charm includes gorgeous wooden floors and hand-blown glass windows. As you relax in your room you’ll be swept away to another century as you hear the clip-clop of Amish buggies as they drive by.

This "far in the boonies" home is a great place to get away from it all! Large old farm home, well-kept and clean, family-friendly. Located far away from any town or city. Plenty of acres to explore. Miles of small roads and trails to hike. Plenty of lawn to stretch out and fields to romp through. Small creek on the property to wade & splash in. Explore the old barn and watch the stars at night. Great for your kids, family, pets, and small events. Many of our guests call it "Grandma's House"!

It has been recently remodeled, the first floor accommodations has a spacious updated kitchen, roomy living room, bedroom with queen bed and a spacious full bath. A upstairs bedroom also with a queen bed. A private deck off the living room to enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxing. Spend the evening relaxing in front of a fire in the pavilion right behind the farmhouse.
