Monthly Rentals in Smithfield

This place was perfect! Clean and safe with everything you need and more. It was ideal since I was traveling with kids ages 17 months- 18 years old. There were games, toys, treats, and plenty of beds/bedding for all. The host’s baked goods were OUT OF THIS WORLD. We had chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon rolls fresh out of the oven. Highly recommend and would stay here again

I travel a lot, and this is one of my absolute favorite properties to date! Everything was super clean, comfortable furniture and decor that reminded me of my own house. I highly recommend this property, especially if you’re visiting family at USU. It’s a quick drive and in a safe location.

We loved our stay, and will definitely be coming back. Very clean, bed was comfy, very quiet surroundings decorated so cute, easy to get too. Everything you need to prepare food and cook with they had tray for you! Definitely a 5 ⭐️ plus!!

We were very pleased with the apartment. Was very clean and very lovely, would rent it as an apartment. Our dogs were in seventh heaven in the back yard. The couple upstairs was very nice. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to other travelers.
