We had a fantastic stay at Sky on Main! The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect—tucked in a quiet part of downtown but with quick and easy access to the free KC Streetcar, which takes you straight to Union Station, the City Market, and plenty of great bars and restaurants along the way. The hosts were excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting KC. We’ll definitely be back!

Great apartment for 2 people to spend time in Downtown KC! The host Caleb was very responsive and had great check in instructions! Street car access is close and there is so much to do! Plenty of Uber and Lyft cars around if you need to go further out of the city. Place was nice and clean, and security staff were very helpful and friendly! Had a dead battery when we went to leave and security had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes! Thank you for that! Checking in is a simple process but can be confusing if you don’t read the instructions carefully! Building is a bit confusing when you first arrive but we had it down after a few times leaving and returning! If I had to find one bad with this place it would be the squeaky metal bed frame. While the mattress is comfortable, the bed frame needs to be tightened, and have some WD-40 treatment. 4.8 out of 5 for sure will be using again when visiting downtown KC again! Cheers

Stopped by in Kansas City for five days for a concert, and this was exactly the place I needed! It was only a few blocks away from the concert venue, and the neighborhood was peaceful but still close to main street and the Westport area if you want to explore. I spent my stay alone, but if you're looking for a place that can accommodate a few people, then Thomas's place is perfect. The two bedrooms are spacious as is the living/main area. I would definitely come back again!

Communicative, friendly, and VERY clean space!!!!

My friends and I loved staying here. We had stayed for a week to celebrate a birthday and the place was very cozy and clean. The furnishings were great, and our hosts were very receptive and friendly. They had even gotten a bonfire started in the fire pit for us so we could enjoy their lovely patio in the back yard. The location is safe and walkable, with a restaurant plaza within walking distance full of great options. For the price, location, and all of the amenities, this place is a gem to say at, and Brian and Kari were gracious hosts who made sure we stayed comfortable for the entire stay. Would highly recommend!

David’s place is a little gem tucked away by a quiet park. It’s conveniently located near the freeways, a QuikTrip, and a great Mexican restaurant with tasty food. The space is exactly as pictured and made for a comfortable stay. David even provided some thoughtful kitchen items like sauces for those who enjoy cooking. Overall, it was a nice stay and a good experience for a few days—would definitely recommend!

The home is located in a peaceful, quiet safe area with a fenced yard to die for. Our grandson and two standard poodles loved to run and chase squirrels. Check in was easy and Christopher was responsive to all questions and or issues and quite frankly only one issue and it was cleared immediately by Christopher and some new batteries. Grocery and food were within a 10-15 minute drive which was convenient and getting on the highway was a breeze. The home was clean and had amble space to fit the 3 of us plus the poodles, The home is old but plenty of updates made. We would return in future if the occasion arises. The house was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable as well as the couches. Thanks Christopher.

We stayed at Buffalo House for our Yearly Business Retreat and hosted the event at the house. Our Insiders stayed there with us and we had all trainings in the living room. It was a perfect place for our little holistic family to meet and gather for trainings and new product launches! Beautiful home close to things to do and tons of restaurants! Will be adding to our list of places to stay in the future.

This place was exactly what we needed for us and our two cats as we landed in KC after long flights. It was quiet, comfortable, and had all the little extras that you sometimes forget when you’re traveling. Christine has truly gone above and beyond to make this place homey and inviting. I will absolutely be back if I need to stay in the area again!

12 of us had a wonderful stay for a family-wedding weekend! The house makes very good use of space, hard to believe there are five bedrooms but there are, and they were clean and comfortable, and the bedding was hotel-like, we felt very pampered! Plenty of towels and linens! The three-bed bedroom was perfect for our 20-something kids and their significant others, they enjoyed "bunking" together! The KC temps were upper 90s during our stay and the AC in the house was FABULOUS. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, especially the Keurig, which got LOTS of use. We even made pancakes on the griddle provided. The silverware, dishes, appliances and all the little kitchen "extras" were spot on in quality and quantity. The backyard deck was great. It was mostly too hot for us to be out there except in the later evening, but we really enjoyed it, watching the fireflies out in the backyard was a bonus! Janita is FABULOUS! Very prompt in responding. Highly recommend!!!

Laura’s place was better than described. Very clean and updated. Neighborhood was very nice. House was close to restaurants and entertainment.

Loved this home! Pictures don’t do it justice. It is SO homey. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is basically stocked 100%. The porch, deck, and patio have tons of furniture so you can stay cozy outside! Pool wasn’t opened yet, but it is huge with a diving board! Great communication from owners. You can tell they genuinely care about this home.

Melanie was great and helpful to any questions we had! Check in was smooth! A little difficult to locate certain unit, but once found it was easy to access! Good privacy and felt very safe in the neighborhood. We would return if in the area! Perfect for small group travels.

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!

Only stayed overnight, wish I could’ve stayed longer but I was last minute and it was taken. Nice, comfortable space to stay with all the amenities I needed plus some. I appreciated the quick responses to anything I needed. I’d recommend and stay there again for sure.

This place was very charming, welcoming and had lots of natural sunlight. It had plenty of space for what we needed it for. It was perfect for a little getaway! The hostess was friendly and communicated in a timely manner. Had no issues at all and would definitely recommend it to others. I hope to stay there again!
