Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Smoković

We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The studio is very nice and cozy. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and make a lot of effort to have a nice garden. Right outside the door is a pool that can be used at any time during the day. There are tables and chairs outside where you can eat. Everything was very clean and tidy. It is 30 minutes on foot to the city center. With Bolt or Uber pro, it's about €7 (5 min). Thank you for everything.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

This apartment is so so beautiful, it was perfect in every single way. Great location, modern, clean, black out curtains, balcony, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, it has everything you could possibly want in an apartment that size. I would 1000% stay again.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Communication with Sandra was perfect, within minutes. The host couple was very friendly. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony was equipped with a table and 2 chairs. Fast WiFi and storage for our rented bikes was also available. Bakery and supermarkets were in the immediate vicinity. The beach was within walking distance as well as a nice cafe, where the sunset could be celebrated. We enjoyed the 2 weeks very much.

We were very satisfied with choosing a place to stay. If you're looking for something, where you'll have a room and feel home, I highly recommend it. Everything was clean and the host responded very quickly via airbnb chat if needed.

Frane and his mother were very kind and very helpful, the accommodation reflected the description exactly. The convenience of the bikes was definitely a plus. I had a day of high fever and Frane's mother also helped me with the medicine. Super attentive also to the needs of my son who was very happy with the two weeks spent in Zadar.

Well kept apartment with all you need, and a patio for breakfast and a relaxing evening with beautiful view over the sea and Zadar. Quick and kind responses from hostess. Great fish restaurant and swimming area just 150 meters down the local road.

lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

The place is great for single travel and it has all you need plus a large balcony to chill. Was simple and minimalistic furnitured but with all important, usefeul and necessary stuff there. For me the most important thing was that was clean and well done in every single spot. Ljiijana and her assistant was absolutely great and helpful with any questions I had. I could rent also a bike that I can go more quickly to the center. I'd definitely recommend the place and could be that next time I go to Zadar i'll stay with pleasure there again ♥️♥️♥️ Thank you for having me there 🙏

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

Andro is very welcoming and very responsive. He is very available and kindly gave us information. The accommodation is very good and it is well located, it is a strong point. We had a great time. We would recommend this listing!

Large, very comfortable apartment with parking, very close to the bridge to the old town. The hostess is extremely delicate and kind.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
