Monthly Rentals in Smyrna

Stayed here for my 25th reunion at Colgate and booking here was my best decision. Extremely comfortable, perfectly decorated, and a nice quiet area. Also close enough to campus that Colgate vans could pick us up and drop us off. Most important for me was having a full kitchen to prepare my meals. But there was so much to love like the adorable outdoor seating area. The host was also phenomenal, responsive and helpful but gave us our space too. Id definitely choose this place for my next visit. Feel so lucky we found it.

This little cottage with a million dollar view is breathtaking from the moment you step onto the porch. Chelsea has created a peaceful, serene retreat in what was originally the saddle shop. The home retains much of its original character from the beautiful original hardwoods to the Saddlery sign on the porch marking your arrival. The cottage overlooks a picturesque valley, a small pond, and a horse paddock. The bed was super comfortable and I had everything I needed. Chelsea was kind to offer a tour of her stables and introduce me to the horses in residence. This is a working horse breeding farm and I was lucky to meet a new baby colt!!! I fell in love with them all and will absolutely be back. This was a perfect night stay.

I am leaving Missy and Chris’ Airbnb thoroughly impressed. I stayed at the apartment for about a month and Missy and Chris took every opportunity to make me feel safe and comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had every possible accommodation one could need. Missy graciously left local goodies at my door after I spent a weekend out of town. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chenango, whether it’s for a weekend or a month. Missy and Chris are very professional, accommodating and I cannot thank them enough.

My girlfriend and I needed a place to stay very last minute. Audra was super understanding about this, especially because we planned on checking in around 10pm. I would 100% recommend staying here because Audra is a great host all around and the place looks incredible. It was very clean, modern, and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.
