With a sun-soaked deck and a firepit for the evenings, you will never want to go inside. Disclaimers The driveway to the house is about 800m long and is gravel. Due to the high altitude in this location, the driveway can have snow on it, particularly in winter and early spring. For this reason, an all-wheel-drive vehicle with good tyres are recommended. There may be occasions during heavy snowfalls when the driveway is inaccessible and you have to walk into the property. For this reason, winter guests should be physically capable of walking up steep driveway in snow. We will assist you in whatever ways we can. There may be occasions where wild weather, wind, and storms sweep through the valley. So if you are uncomfortable sleeping in a cabin during stormy weather please do not book this. The Residence was formerly the office residence in Tumbarumba's caravan park, and has been relocated and refurbished to a comfortable 3 bedroom cottage just a short walk from the main street of town for visiting pubs, cafes and shops. Two of the bedrooms contain queen beds with two king singles in the third bedroom. It has a spacious open plan living and dining area with reverse cycle air conditioner, full kitchen facilities and washing machine.
