The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

It is on one floor of 75 m2 divided into 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with shower. Cozy courtyard with outdoor furniture & small barbecue available. Good parking in the area. About 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center, swimming area, harbor, restaurants, shopping and bus. Feel free to rent a bike. The Kulla region offers experiences such as the nature reserve Kullaberg, old fishing village and sports hall & outlet.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Det finns ett sovrum, sovloft, allrum med bäddsoffa och kök och ett badrum. Det ingår lakan och handdukar. Vi stoppar in lite frukostmat i kyl,frys och skafferi, som en start. Privat dusch några få steg i intilliggande byggnad. Stugan ligger avskilt på ägarens tomt. Stort utbud av olika restauranger vid stranden och hamnen samt i centrum av Höganäs som ligger på gångavstånd. Endast vuxna. Vackra Arild, Mölle och Kullaberg finns på några minuters bil-/bussavstånd.
