Charming cottage in traditional style, in Sandnäset 700 m from Luleälven. The cottage has three rooms, a bedroom with two beds, a living room and a small but functional kitchen. Small but cozy covered terrace with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet. You have the cottage to yourself! Beach is located at Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

This charming house is 2.5 km from Piteå sea bath. Access to beach and small boat and jetty. Bicycles are available to borrow. Nice forest trails and bike paths. Large country kitchen with sofa bed for 2 people. Living room with sofa bed and day bed. 2 rooms on the upper floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and combined office and bedroom with nice views. Fully equipped kitchen. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included if you wish.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Välkommen till villan vid havet. Huset har 4 sovrum. Sovrum 5 kan ink. från 9 personer, men garanteras ej. Det är en separat lägenhet i separat byggnad. Tveka inte att fråga. Njut av fantastisk natur, hav & norrskenspromenad på isen utan störande ljus från staden, ta en varm bastu eller varför inte ett bad efter promenaden. 16 min bil till Centrum Bussförbindelser är begränsade och bil rekommenderas. Vi uppskattar om ni lämnar huset i samma skick som när ni anlände❤️

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation beautifully located in Södra Sunderbyn. The house is located on a hill overlooking the river and large hiking areas. A few hundred meters to, among other things, the beach and illuminated walking trail. Five minutes to the bus stop and restaurant. 10 km to Luleå and 15 km to Boden In the basement there is a shared laundry room and an extra bedroom/lounge that can be booked if needed (see bedroom 3).
