The house was built in the 1880s and is located at the northern end of Eidsgata - a pleasant main street with beautiful wooden houses, shops and restaurants. "Eldhuset" was built in 2004 with all modern qualities. There are heating cables in the floor, a private terrace, a great wood-fired bakery oven and a cultivation area just outside. The house has a bedroom and loft. Just outside the door you will find popular hiking and biking trails. 6 min drive to Sogndal city center, 4 min away is Kaupanger city center with grocery store and ViteMeir center, nice for all ages! 2 min away you will find a swimming pool, playground and gym.

The house is located in a small fruit farm in Sørfjorden, Hardanger, not far fromTrolltunga and Mikkelparken ( one hour by car) It is a charming house where you can feel at home with a modern kitchen and bathroom (2015) wich is blended beautiful in with the historical furnitures and old wooden walls. The house has to bedrooms and a small sleeping-hall. It is suitable for 6 persons, a family or two couples. If you like fishing we also have a boathouse next to the fjord.
