It does not have easy access because you have to walk from the parking, but the instructions were very clear with photos of everything. It was so easy to access like this. Everything is clean and complies with everything it advertises. Responds quickly. Beautiful place!

Imelda has been an amazing host and the Airbnb was very nice and clean. The heated pool and the sauna was amazing after a late night swim in the Fanafjord. Imelda was very accommodating and knowledgeable, she also responded quickly to any questions we had. A bonus surprise was; We asked if we could use some of the fishing stuff and they brought kayaks the following morning to explore with. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be back.

Olaf, Your place was amazing, the scenery was breathtaking — but your kindness, and hospitality were second to none. Really a fantastic location if you’re wanting to vacation in Flåm. We took the train from Flåm to Myrdal Norway - Zip line to bikes - and then biking to Flam. We had lunch at the restaurant on the water in Undredal. Unbelievably beautiful. Thank you Olaf, you helped make our trip truly special!!

This is an amazing holiday home in a fantastic location in Hardangerfjord. The house is big with many bedrooms and excellent facilities with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The view from the house is breathtaking, the hot tub great and allt the boats and paddleboards make your days full of fun and exciting adventures. The area is great for action or/and relaxing just as you want. Kjetil is a excellent host, easy to comunicate with and very helpful. I highly recomend this property and I hope that I will have the opportunity revisit it soon.

This was our second time staying here and Aleksander has upgraded with a sauna and the outdoor area as well. Lovely place, quiet, everything works great, and close enough to several ski centers and other attractions with plenty to do. The perfect place to disconnect!

Wonderful property in an amazing location with a magnificent view of the Fjords! The surroundings are superbly scenic and peaceful, at the same time there are enough activities to keep the kids busy (our group had 2 boys - 5 and 7 years old respectively. Karina and Erlend are wonderful hosts, responsive and considerate, and have taken really good care of keeping the house in immaculate condition. Connectivity to Bergen and onwards cruises for the Fjords is not too far, and in fact one can really do some good day trips from the property itself. Highly, highly recommended and a big thanks once again to Karina and Erlend!!

Quaint home in stunning setting about 1.5 miles from Balestrand. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great water pressure/hot water. Spectacular views. Bekka is a very responsive and attentive host. What you should know: the one bathroom is downstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs via steep stairs. Very limited food options - we ate exclusively at the Hotel Kviknes (2 dinners, 1 lunch-all great meals). We could have cooked with better planning on our part. Two small grocery stores, no state liquor/wine store. We opted to take the one-man taxi. Back and forth to town. Driver responsive. Taxi rides less expensive than rental car but would rent a car for a future visit and stay 3 nights vs 2. The surrounding are is also spectacular.

Erik and Helene are great hosts. Proactively reported before arrival, clear description of where to park and how to get into the apartment. Phenomenal view from the apartment, beautiful terrace. Highly recommended overall.

We loved our stay here - house is very cosy and amazingly equipped with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. Bjørn and Freja are great hosts and make you feel right at home. Location is also great to explore nearby glaciers - totally recommend this stay.

We stayed in this beautiful house and absolutely loved every minute of it. While the house isn’t brand new, it’s incredibly cozy, spacious, and full of charm—it truly feels like a home away from home. There’s plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether it’s gathering around the dining table, enjoying a quiet morning coffee, or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The absolute highlight is the breathtaking view—mountains, fjord and cruise liners that you can admire right from the windows or the terrace. Waking up to that view every morning was magical.The location is ideal—just a 5-minute drive to the center of Olden, but also perfectly positioned for exploring some of the best tourist attractions in the area. Everything from glaciers to scenic hikes is within easy reach.The host was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. They made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful time at Turid’s cabin. Truly incredible space, comfortable and cozy. Lots of things to do inside and outside the house. We rented one of the boats and had a beautiful couple of days out on the fjord. Turid and Audun also gifted us some very fresh eggs from their farm, were available at all times and helped us with recommendations and any questions we had. We loved it. We will return. A very magical place. 10/10

Incredible views. We had lots of rain and felt like we were still communing with nature looking out the huge windows on spectacular fjord and mountains. The hot tub was perfect for our 3 generations of family traveling together. We hope to come back!

The home is a 20 minute drive from Vik, where you can get groceries and restaurants, but it's a beautiful drive so we didn't mind it at all. We sat and watched the sky change over the fjord every morning.

We had a lovely stay at this Norwegian farm and bakery. It was the peaceful respite that we needed amidst a couple weeks of international travel. Our teen girls were like children again with the animals and the swings. The fresh pastry and bread from the bakery was exquisite. Ranjeeta and her family were kind and wonderful hosts. The beauty of this place is it is out there- so everything is a bit of a drive. But they are the most beautiful drives we ever took with fjords and charming villages all the way:

It was a spectacular stay! Perfectly off the beaten path but easy to get to. So quiet and peaceful but incredible view! The wood stove was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! We were able to really rest and explore all the amazing places around. It is deep in the heart of the Fjords and glaciers. The floating sauna in town was a highlight. We went twice and loved diving in the Fjord! Can’t recommend enough especially for the price!
