That's why it was ranked six among the best beaches in Sardinia. The residence consists of 3 comfortable and spacious apartments, of about 80 sqm, with 5/6 beds. Each apartment is equipped with 2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom, large living area and verandas on front and back. Each home is equipped with linens and dishes. The apartments are located within a large condominium garden, reserved and surrounded by greenery, equipped with personal parking, showers, barbecue, laundry and outdoor dining area. For any other specific needs, please contact us and if possible, we will make sure to meet you. The family-run residence is committed to hosting vacationers who need a place to spend their days relaxing and having fun. The beach that is just a one-minute walk from the house is equipped with sea equipment rental and restaurant services. In the small town of Solanas there are various restaurants, market butcher shops, pharmacy and small shops. In the main square in high season you can have the opportunity to attend some recreational events organized by various organizations and associations as well as the municipality itself.

Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)

Due camere da letto: una matrimoniale con finestra fronte mare da dove potrete sentire il suono delle onde del mare, una cameretta più piccola con un letto che diventa matrimoniale per un' altra coppia o i vostri bambini. La sala da bagno è spazioso con una grande doccia, sono compresi gli asciugamani. La cucina è completa di tutto!

The apartment is surrounded by many typical restaurants, fully immersing you in Sardinian culinary culture. The house is very quiet and modern, despite being in a historic center. There are several free parking lots around the house where you can leave your car.

La Suite è ubicata in una graziosa palazzina nel quartiere Villanova cuore pulsante del centro storico e ricco di scorci pittoreschi. L'appartamento si trova a circa 200m dalle fermate delle principali linee bus, 1km dalla stazione dei treni di Piazza Matteotti che in circa 10 minuti vi porterà all'aeroporto di Elmas ed a circa 500m dalla fermata metro di Piazza Repubblica.
