It is 15 minutes by car from Villasimius and 35 minutes from Cagliari.

In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. La casa è situata sulla scogliera e immersa nel verde ed è consigliata a chi vuole vivere in pieno relax. Da tutte le stanze è possibile godere della vista del mare o della natura. Ristrutturata nel 2016-2017 e composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, due doppie, due bagni, soggiorno con caminetto, angolo cottura, pergola vista mare, parcheggio. Wifi illimitato (velocità 7 mega). Biancheria da letto e per la casa, asciugamani, teli per il mare a disposizione degli ospiti.
