Each apartment is equipped with 2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom, large living area and verandas on front and back. Each home is equipped with linens and dishes. The apartments are located within a large condominium garden, reserved and surrounded by greenery, equipped with personal parking, showers, barbecue, laundry and outdoor dining area. The family-run residence is committed to hosting vacationers who need a place to spend their days relaxing and having fun. The beach that is just a one-minute walk from the house is equipped with sea equipment rental and restaurant services. In the small town of Solanas there are various restaurants, market butcher shops, pharmacy and small shops. In the main square in high season you can have the opportunity to attend some recreational events organized by various organizations and associations as well as the municipality itself.

Its proximity to the beach (30 m.) and the city center (6km) offers the possibility of experiencing the sea, nature, sport and the opportunity to learn about the history and art of the native people.
