La Gemmazza, originally Villa Fabiana , is a residence built in 1990 and located in Monasteries in the Syracuse territory 4 km from the town of Floridia. Both the villa and the 10,000 sqm surrounding park have been substantially modified from the original construction. There are three guest rooms on the first floor of the villa. The bathrooms are one on the ground floor and two on the second floor.
