The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gym (indoor and outdoor), café, soccer fields and frisbee golf! A quiet area with bus connections to both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 minute away from the house takes you to the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 minutes (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). Our beatyfull house is located only 5 mins by car from Malmö center and 30 minutes to Copenhagen. Its easy to get around with public transportation. The house offers everything for the family with children in the age from 3 and upp, both inside and outside. Supermarket is just across the street (3 min walking) There is also a big park with training facility and running lanes. There are also many playgrounds in the area.

Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.
