This home away from home was perfection in every way - responsive host, excellent location, beautiful interior, comfortable bed and clean. The balcony overlooks the bustling street full of fabulous restaurants and shops, yet it’s still quiet when you are inside. Great for morning coffee people and watching! The beach is an enjoyable 5 minute walk down the street, where you will pass all the shops and restaurants. The rooftop pools are relaxing, with many cabanas to choose from, and stunning views of the Caribbean ocean. We will 100% stay here again when visiting Playa Del Carmen, and we will be sharing this gem with all our friends and family.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

Excellent host, always attentive

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

Excellent accommodation. Very clean and with everything you need for a quiet stay. The condominium is well maintained. Quiet neighbors. Oxxo nearby and a shopping center with large stores and restaurants. if you have a car, you won't have any problems. Communication with Gladys is excellent. She is super friendly and responds immediately. a well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended to enjoy your stay in Playa del Carmen.

Great stay very quiet building and great common areas

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

A beautiful apartment with all amenities! The location is perfect, close to the beach, 5th Avenida, the micros terminal (ADO) and transportation. The apartment is modern and complete, you can cook without drama, ideal to rest and enjoy the pool on the terrace. The security is excellent, 24 hours. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. I re recommend! I spent 15 amazing days.

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

We had amazing stay ! We felt at home ! It was super clean and easy to check in . I love that there is security 24/7 and walking distance from yummy street vendors and Oxxo and supermarket . Super close driving distance from La Quinta Avenida . Jose was always checking to make we were okay and very responsive always. We had 5 pools to choose from and they were very clean…we relaxed and my kids had a blast. A very quiet and peaceful place . Also very close from Xcaret just 18 minutes away . Most important the beds were super comfortable in all 3 rooms .

The apartment smelled very nice during our stay, the place is very well located and it is very easy to get to, a very comfortable place to stay for a few days. Highly recommended

Great location near everything but also quite

The apartment is very functional for 2 people, the bed super comfortable and large. The balcony that overlooks the street very good at the time of eating something there. It was quite quiet for us, the only counter is that the room is not dark, but it was not an inconvenience. In a very nice area since it is half a block from the best area of the 5th. the best of the best was its terrace with those beautiful pools and place to be, the terrace bar, the jacuzzi is really worth it since we were coming back very late and the hot water was very relaxing. I definitely recommend it 100%

A 50-star experience! The listing completely exceeded our expectations. Everything is thought out with great affection and care: the impeccable cleanliness, the comfortable rooms, well equipped and decorated with very good taste. The beds are very comfortable and the whole place conveys tranquility and good energy. From the first moment, the hosts were very attentive to us, always willing to help and with incredible attention. The location is excellent: by car you are minutes from Fifth Avenue, supermarkets, food areas and everything you may need. The pools are spectacular and the atmosphere in general is very pleasant. The area is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day exploring Playa del Carmen. I'd recommend this place with my eyes closed. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

I was amazed by how good the location was. Literally, a 2-min walk to the beach and surrounded by so many restaurants! It’s also super close to 5ta Ave, where there are a lot more restaurants and boutique shops. Host and team, including the referred taxi driver (Alejandro), were super great, timely, and responsive. The condo itself is clean and cozy— definitely a spot I’d recommend and/or come back to!

excellent place and location right on the beach! the pool and garden is also very beautiful. Perfect for our relaxing vacation in nature... it is located away from the more popular touristy area and in a large private condominium complex so it was very peaceful with lots of wildlife to see.
