Carlos is an excellent host. He was always attentive to what was offered to us. He also recommended transportation from the airport to the Airbnb and from the Airbnb to the airport, which was super safe and punctual. The Airbnb is a very nice clean place, a quiet and safe area, everything is very close, restaurants, 5th Avenue and the supermarket. We will definitely return to stay there

This place is really great. Quieter than all the other places, I’ve stayed in PDC . The check in and check out times were great surprise and so helpful. more Airbnb’s need to start doing better times. the place looks just like it’s described. Close to fifth and everything you need, grocery store around the corner an amazing taco truck to get on your way home. Really enjoyed my stay. Bed is comfy. On the third floor with an elevator. Will stay again

The photos don't really honor the place, both the apartment and the rest of the condominium. We felt at home, we didn't want to leave. To the point that we found it more luxurious than the all inclusive we stayed after. Everything is spotless, with details in every spot where you looked, excellent finishes and appliance quality. We could even use the washing machine. I realized there was no hair dryer and by mentioning it to Melani she directly bought it and got it the next day. Impeccable. We are really very comfortable, being our honeymoon we couldn't have chosen better place to spend our first 8 nights in Playa del Carmen. The area is very quiet, you can move well with a car since it is a little far from the center but it is convenient because it is an exclusive area. Thank you very much Melani and the other host for such warmth. We will definitely recommend and will be back as soon as we can.

The accommodation is very comfortable, we felt comfortable, it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay, the building staff is very friendly, well located, close to the beach and the rooftop pool we enjoyed it a lot.

Comfortable, the place is very nice and the host was always friendly and attentive during my stay. I only had one issue with the internet but he helped me solve it. You have restaurants, shops and even a Chedraui nearby if you want to shop and cook in the apartment. I would definitely rent it again.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

I just stayed at Monica’s for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect- there is a 7-Eleven directly across from the building, a grocery store is about a 4 minute walk, 5th ave and the beach are within a 10 min walk. Despite being so close to everything, it was super quiet at night! The condo looks like the pictures and is such a cozy space! The bed is very, very comfortable with soft sheets. The water was hot every single time I showered and had great pressure. The a/c and internet worked perfectly. Monica was super responsive, helpful and very friendly. She checked on me consistently throughout my stay and promptly answered any questions I had. This was a wonderful experience and I am already planning to return and stay with Monica again. Thank you for everything!!

Lovely place in beautiful setting with ocean view and constant sound of the surf. We've stayed before and will come back. While there's no beach access, we don't mind - just go to the beach or lagoon nearby.

This place was great! It was in the perfect location to walk to the main strip, Walmart, restaurants. The kitchen was great to have. Julio was a communicative host and was very hospitable.

A great place for a peaceful stay in Akumal. Snorkeling paradise! Very friendly staff and security did more than required to make us feel safe and welcome. I would advise to bring plenty of food since the restaurant was closed, but it was three-kings day so maybe just bad timing for us. The nearby Pueblo across the road is pretty crappy, but there is fresh produce available there. If I go again I will stay away from the town.

we stayed in this condo for 25 weeks! Great for long stay great water pressure and hot water. Wifi was extremely dependable and fast for videos and working. Safe, quiet, excellent staff on premises. Well stocked, good air conditioning. Roof top pool was a great addition with nice breezes to cool off. We watched many sunsets and sunrises! We would not hesitate to book again. Although the apartment was a bit smaller than expected, there were many positives that made it worth our stay! It's walkable distance to places like laundromats, Walmart, the beach, 5th Avenue, and more! The apartment has a full size fridge/freezer and kitchenette which was helpful for us. Our host was so pleasant to be in contact with. He was helpful when we had any questions, and always responsive. Also respectful. I appreciated that! The apartment feels safe, and in a quiet area, but still close by to the action. There is a great rooftop pool that was pretty empty when we were there, and pleasant to just hang out there. To sum it up - if you're not high maintenance, don't mind a hard mattress, and are ok with a small and simple place, I'd definitely recommend booking here. It worked for us!
