We had amazing stay ! We felt at home ! It was super clean and easy to check in . I love that there is security 24/7 and walking distance from yummy street vendors and Oxxo and supermarket . Super close driving distance from La Quinta Avenida . Jose was always checking to make we were okay and very responsive always. We had 5 pools to choose from and they were very clean…we relaxed and my kids had a blast. A very quiet and peaceful place . Also very close from Xcaret just 18 minutes away . Most important the beds were super comfortable in all 3 rooms .

The location was wonderful, the rooftop pool was private with great views and great service. The front desk service was helpful and kind.

I was amazed by how good the location was. Literally, a 2-min walk to the beach and surrounded by so many restaurants! It’s also super close to 5ta Ave, where there are a lot more restaurants and boutique shops. Host and team, including the referred taxi driver (Alejandro), were super great, timely, and responsive. The condo itself is clean and cozy— definitely a spot I’d recommend and/or come back to!

wifi works great! I was able to work the entire time. It was a quiet complex.

As soon as we entered the accommodation, we were charmed by the place! The apartment smelled so good. Everything was very clean. The bedding and towels were of very good quality. The sofa bed was super comfortable. There was everything we needed to prepare meals. Great coffee machine with cups provided. The host was very proactive and very attentive. The pools were very clean. The gym was perfect. We felt safe with employees everywhere. Small drinks at the pool for adults, very good and cheap! I can't wait to go back!

A very nice place with a hotel-like decor and everything is very well cared for and with excellent maintenance. We had a great time!

It was my first time at an Airbnb and I was very pleased about the whole place, quiet, nice. Battle it a little with the internet but it scrambled. I recommend it to 100 this place and I'll be back that's for sure. Thank you for the recommendation of places to eat

This home away from home was perfection in every way - responsive host, excellent location, beautiful interior, comfortable bed and clean. The balcony overlooks the bustling street full of fabulous restaurants and shops, yet it’s still quiet when you are inside. Great for morning coffee people and watching! The beach is an enjoyable 5 minute walk down the street, where you will pass all the shops and restaurants. The rooftop pools are relaxing, with many cabanas to choose from, and stunning views of the Caribbean ocean. We will 100% stay here again when visiting Playa Del Carmen, and we will be sharing this gem with all our friends and family.

Awesome! Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it doesn't miss anything at all, it has everything, its apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very friendly, walking to 5th avenue was a great walk, it's like 12 minutes, definitely I'll be back! the best place in Playacar is here!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

Excellent host, always attentive

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

The condo was wonderful and Michaela was an incredible host. We enjoyed the amazing views and comfortable apartment and felt very well taken care of. Michaela was remarkably responsive when a couple little things came up and made the entire experience smooth. The location on Half Moon Bay was perfect- we snorkeled right out front of the building, using the ample equipment they provided, and loved walking to the beach bars in Akumal (especially Buena Vida and La Lunita). It was also an easy walk to the lagoon, which was a must see as well. Having seen Tulum, we were so glad to have the much more laid back vibe of Akumal. The condo was perfectly located for an easy but peaceful stay with lots of swimming in the pool and staring at the blue water. For what it’s worth, the elevator was working almost the entire time we were there, but was out for part of a day. We did not end up making use of the rooftop area- it wasn’t really necessary with the lovely deck on the apartment.

Magical! This was one of our favorite finds. The lagoon and cenotes on property were amazing! Great local food. The little beach area of Akumal was great to walk around. We found a fun breakfast place nearby called Jungle Cafe and the La Buena Vida restaurant for lunch was on the ocean and had a pool on site for our kids to swim in after lunch. But the true highlight was the comfortable condo, serene environment, walks to the cenotes, swimming in the lagoon, pool and swinging in the hammock. We hope to be back someday to have another magical visit.

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

A beautiful apartment with all amenities! The location is perfect, close to the beach, 5th Avenida, the micros terminal (ADO) and transportation. The apartment is modern and complete, you can cook without drama, ideal to rest and enjoy the pool on the terrace. The security is excellent, 24 hours. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. I re recommend! I spent 15 amazing days.

Great location in a quiet building. Great WiFi that made video meetings a breeze. Lots of comfortable places to relax inside and out. Thoughtful amenities included in the bathroom like aloe vera, sunscreen, and bug spray.

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. Thank you Julie I hope to host you sometime if you visit Arizona and want a 🌲pine getaway. Take care

The apartment was clean, beautiful and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the large balcony, which offered a view of the pool, but was also very private. We enjoyed the restaurants across the street and felt very safe. We were travelling with two young kids and the two bedroom set-up worked well for us. I will say the second bedroom doesn’t have a ton of privacy (slatted door with no noise barrier), so while it was perfect for our toddler, I could see that it might be challenging for adults. Many reviews say the apartment is close to the beach and 5th avenue. At the time that we were there the “shuttle” to those places was out of service, so it was a ~25 min walk minimum. This wasn’t ideal to do everyday with two toddlers so I wish we would have known that in advance. Also, the “pool bar/restaurant” was never open during our stay - I did ask the host about it but didn’t end up getting an answer. Again, just some inconveniences that you would hope to avoid traveling with kids.

Very good location! The place is very nice and comfortable, good customer service from the reception, perfect if you are looking for something near Fifth Avenue and the ferry to Cozumel but in a quiet area, close to restaurants. The roof has a nice view.

The location is very convenient. The hosts communicated well & often. Apartment was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Would book here again.
