Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns alles freundlich erklärt. Das Bett war bequem, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet – sogar Flüssigseife, Duschgel, Salz, Pfeffer und Öl waren da. Die Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze wirklich hilfreich. Alles ist neu, der Balkon ist schön und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Ein paar kleine Mängel: Die Glastüren im Bad schließen nicht richtig, einige Plastikteile fallen leicht ab und müssen immer wieder befestigt werden. Außerdem fehlt ein Abflussstöpsel im Bad, was manchmal zu einem unangenehmen Geruch führt. Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, haben uns gut erholt und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dieser wirklich besonders schönen und bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer. Morgens den Tag mit Kaffee auf der Terrasse begrüßt und da auch abends den Tag mit dem Blick auf die Skyline von Split beendet. Besser geht nicht... Lily und Jonathan sind sehr aufmerksame und um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bemühte Gastgeber. Ganz lieben Dank für alles! 😊

Logement fidèle à la description et aux photos, très propre, rangé et bien équipé. Anté nous a très bien accueilli avec des fruits et apéritif dans le frigo et il a été à notre écoute pour nous aider si besoin.

This flat is in the perfect location and a lovely place to stay. So close to everything and has all you need. Maja was a great host and even let us know when we could check in early! Would definitely stay here again 😊

Der Aufenthalt bei Dora und Manuela hat uns sehr gefallen, sie waren gastfreundlich und gaben uns gute Tipps für die Reise. Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber und von Split aus gut mit dem Bus erreichbar.

Jako lijep stan u Solinu, nadomak Splita (10 minuta auto vožnje). Stan zapadne orijentacije u mirnom naselju i okruzenju pa je savršenstvo piti jutarnju kafu na balkonu. Izuzetno prostran stan sa odličnim kućanskim elementima i uređajima. Urednost i čistoća stana za svaku pohvalu. Domaćin daje jasne smjernice te je na raspolaganju i voljan pomoći ukoliko je potrebno. S moje strane jedina zamjerka na parking kod zgrade pošto su parking mjesta u ličnom vlasništvu potrebno je parkirati uz zgradu, trotora ili ispod zgrade, što zaista nije predaleko što se tiče distance od ulaza, ali može biti problematično prilikom najvećih sezonskih gužvi kada je protok i količina automobila dosta veća.

If you want a laid back vacation in the suburbs of Split, we can only recommend this. A great stay in a very clean and good apartment home. We enjoyed using the pool and bbq grill a lot. It's a little farther away from supermarkets , but you will have no problems going to Split or shopping with a car (or bus that is within walking distance). It takes 10-25 minutes at utter most to Split and 5 minutes to several shopping possibilities. They had prepared small gifts in form of bread, cheese and sausage which we enjoyed a lot. Communication is great and nothing we can complain about. Enjoy a good meal at Konoba Gurman nearby. Kastel Stari has a cute beach nearby.

la description du logement est conforme, nous avons passe 2 bonnes nuits chez Anita. Le logement est très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour griller le pain, chauffer dans le micro-ondes, cuire sur la plaque si on voulait, le frigo, la machine à laver, l'étendoir à linge. Le lit en 160 est confortable. le seul petit bémol est la vue car en effet on voit la montagne et la mer mais l'environnement juste devant le balcon n'est pas très beau! Avec une voiture c'est facilement accessible dans Split Très bon lieu pour Split à un prix raisonnable

Eine wunderschöne, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft mit tollem Garten. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen war super und sie sind sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir werden definitiv wieder herkommen!

Excellent séjour, l’appartement était dans un état impeccable et paraît même plus grand que sur les photos. L’endroit est très calme est à proximité de nombreux magasins, la plage est à 3 min en voiture avec restaurant bar et jeux pour enfants. Restaurant à proximité également excellent. Encore merci à Marijana et Mateo !

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

Ines was very responsive with messaging and always happy to help. The apartment has an incredible view which can be enjoyed from the hot tub in the sun during morning time. Ten minute drive from split. Would recommend to a friend and very much hope to return

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir kamen schnell mit dem Auto nach Split aber konnten uns auch immer dem Trouble der Partystadt entziehen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet! Niksa hat uns persönlich begrüßt und war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns zu viert in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt, insbesondere, da wir zwei Badezimmer hatten und viele Handtücher :) Gerne wieder!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, including [shops/restaurants/transport]. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the stay even better. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.
