El apartamento es espacioso y Perfecto para una buena estadía, hay todo lo necesario para vivir, la habitación tiene una cama de 140cm x 200cm, lo que es muy cómodo para ti, también hay ropero, un balcón enorme y una gran sala..! La habitación es una división entre la cocina lo cual hay una cortina que divide tu dormitorio, pero todo es muy privado y cómodo, nadie entrará a tu espacio privado, por eso el precio es bajo devido a ese motivo, si son 2 personas podemos llegar a un acuerdo.

Koppla av med hela familjen i vårt mysiga boende! Stort kök för matlagning ihop, tillgång till grill och uteplats på tomten utan insyn. Bakgården är bra för både fotboll, badminton, etc. 300 meter till sjön för ett bad från bryggorna. Längre ner längs vattnet finns även både strand och café. Områden är lugnt, med 10 min in till Sollentuna centrum, där både mataffärer, parker, simhall, shoppingcenter, etc finns tillgängligt. Flera skogar och vandringsstråk ett par kilometer bort.

A modern and spacious kitchen with dishwasher, hub, oven, fridge and freezer and microwave.

The apartment is located 550m (7 min) from Rotebro station. It is only 7 stations (24 min) to the Central station with the commuter train. The area itself is quiet and safe. You will share an apartment with us. Me, my husband and my son who is 2 years old live here. But it is a large apartment and there is space for everyone. You can always use the kitchen and bathroom. All rooms are separated from each other by corridor. Welcome!
