Holiday rentals in Solo

This is my new favorite spot! the cabin is so beautiful with all the amenities you could use to be comfortable, it was better than being home.. The bubble bath with the view was amazing they even have a heater installed above so you stay warm in and out of the water!! The land it sits on is breath taking we saw a pair of bald eagles flying every day right at the edge of the cliff and it's a spectacular view. deer come right up to the cabin as well so if you enjoy the outdoors and peace this is the place for you. it's very private and there are two towns within 20 minutes and no expensive tourist prices just cute tiny towns. The bigger Rolla is less than an hour for more city like entertainment but I prefer the short drive down to the river where you can swim in the springs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The host was so kind and quick responses for any questions we had. This is the ozark experience and I'm so thankful for my time here. can't wait to come back!!

Enjoyed my stay at this beautiful Airbnb! Everything was exactly as in the photos. I had everything I needed to have a pleasant stay. Perfectly clean, safe and comfortable. Easy parking. Comfortable bed. Slept very well here and hope to return again!

Ann & her husband were both incredibly friendly and neighborly. The house was lovely with everything we would need for our stay, though we brought practically our whole house with us. The amazing couple gave us an extensive farm tour to show our 4 year old daughter plenty of cows, chickens, sheep, and other creatures/critters. This Airbnb offers plenty of extra amenities if you would like to add them to your stay. Our only regret was not staying out there longer. Kinda felt like I was retired for a brief weekend. Our family looks forward to booking another stay out at the Farmhouse in the near future. Thanks Ann & Co. for showing our family a kind and warming time on the property. We appreciate the care you put into making sure our trip was splendid.

We really enjoyed our time here! The place was very spacious, with lots of amenities, especially in the kitchen. We were able to cook food with ease. The rooms and bathrooms were really nice too.

Surprisingly modern home that doesn’t look or feel like the rest of this small river town. We stayed here because we made plans to kayak JF river. There’s not much else to do here and not a lot of great restaurants so having a place we wanted to hang out in & cook our own meals was very important! The owners created a delightful space with all the finer things in life. Superior kitchen ware, (knives & cookware by Henkle), modern bathrooms, luxurious linens & comfortable furniture. This place felt like home; cozy and well organized! The one thing that wasn’t perfect was the master bed. It was mostly comfortable but we did start to sink towards the middle during the night. If you weigh more than 200 lbs, it’s probably won’t be the best sleep you’ve ever had but it’s not terrible. We had everything we needed and more. We really appreciate the 12:00 check-out! You don’t see that often! And there wasn’t a long list of checkout to-dos! Delightful space! We enjoyed our stay!

One of my favorite Air B&B's! Very well done renovation! Beautiful house with charm and lots of character. The air/heat setup was a bit of a challenge but I'm getting old so it could have been my issue. Lol! HUGE lot with lots of outdoor space. Honestly speaking, this kitchen was better stocks than ours. Lol! We have family close by so we'll definitely be back!

Our family stayed at the Lunker Bunker during our mid-week trout fishing trip to Montauk. It was such a great experience--I am hoping that we can make this a yearly adventure. We were traveling with our children (14, 12, 11, and 9 mos) and there was plenty of sleeping room for all between the two bedrooms and the pull-out couch. We don't have a dishwasher at our house, so the kids were excited to farm that chore out to the machine during our stay, and all the little extras (games, cards, hot cocoa) were greatly appreciated. We had everything we needed to cook supper, bathe the baby, and be at the 6:30 AM fishing start without having to be out of bed very early. The washing machine was such a blessing after fishing with children all day, and we had a fire one night and made campfire pies--we enjoyed the porch. My 14-year-old, who recently described church camp as "decent", approached me to say, "Hey, this place is pretty cool!" I'm not sure you can get a better compliment than that!
