Really appreciated their allowing us to put our electric bikes in a fenced area out of sight as we had some concerns. Francis and his wife were very friendly and helpful. We came into town for one night to see a show at the Narrows. None of us have ever been to Fall River we were so pleasantly surprised the house was adorable perfect location and the host was great. It was a 10 out of 10!!

As an AirBnB host myself, I'm very picky about the places I choose to stay when travelling, and I would give Scott's loft 6 stars if I could. A tidy, clean, cozy, secure and well-organized space situated in the heart of historic downtown Providence, it puts the entire city at your fingertips. Its walkable proximity to the convention center, multiple universities, galleries, nightlife and fine dining took our visit to the next level, and the host's communication was reliably prompt and helpful. (Nearby runnning/walking routes are a physically active traveler's dream.) Even after our arriving flights to Rhode Island were cancelled, Scott was patient, understanding and flexible. The unit is highly secure even though the surrounding neighborhood is totally safe; nearby parking is ample and check-in was a breeze. This is a gem of a spot to which I'd absolutely return. Full 5 stars.

This is by far the coziest and most unique Airbnb I've ever stayed in! It was the perfect home base for my Providence trip- warm, charming, and a little quirky. Allena has provided a ton of resources to help you plan out your days. The location is also wonderful- near Brown's campus, the train station, and the river. And the chickens out back are the cherry on top!

The unit was super spacious and clean. It’s well situated among tons of traditional Portuguese food options, including the hosts restaurant downstairs. Great for short or long term stays in the East Bay / Providence area. Perfect for a small family or couple looking for a home away from home.

Beautiful place right off the east bay bike path! I stayed for a night with a couple of friends during a bike trip. The location is really convenient, two blocks from an amazing coffee shop and insanely good breakfast spot, and five minutes walk to one of the best dinners me and my friends had ever had. The space was really beautiful and obviously very thoughtfully put together. Towels were huge and fluffy and there were plenty of them! The washer dryer was especially great; I was able to wash my bike clothes before the return trip which I don't always get to do on overnights. Would definitely recommend if you're trying to putz around the east bay!

We had a fantastic experience at this gorgeous apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice. Especially loved the high ceiling in the main room. It was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished in a beautiful setting. We loved the area, too! Probably the best Airbnb experience we have had! Just sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

our stay was wonderful, the location was perfect, so close to RWU and shops, restaurants, the gorgeous bay view. The delightful porch was a bonus to sit, relax and enjoy good conversation or the serenity of a rocking chair by yourself. The decor was tasteful, fun with well stocked items to use. We stayed for 5 nights at Carmel and Mike’s place and we had the best time! The place was clean, inviting and spacious. You can tell that great thought was put into making it feel like a home away from home for anybody who might stay there. From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed with how well the place was stocked with anything you might need, including cooking utensils, tea, coffee, shampoos and conditioners, etc. Everything was just as described in the listing, and they really left no stone unturned. The real highlight of the place is the rooftop deck, which we made great use of during our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough, and we will definitely be making several return trips in the future! Thank you Carmel and Mike!

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. We had a wonderful stay here! Bethany was incredibly attentive and we actually got to meet her & chat while on the property. The location is great, just steps from the waterfront and walking distance to a local park. Very private & quiet area, and the unit came supplied with everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

Fantastic place, beautifully appointed, great location. Highly recommend staying here. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Probably the most comfortable beds, linens and pillows we’ve ever experienced in our many air bnb stays. Extremely comfortable.

My husband and I and our small dog had a fantastic stay. Sharon accommodated a (very!) early morning checkin time and was very responsive and clear throughout our stay. The unit suited our needs well and we absolutely loved spending time in the back patio/garden area.

We stayed at this awesome property for a Monday-Thursday girls trip. The property could not have been better. The pool and hot tub were spectacular and the views from every deck were beautiful. I kitchen was clean and well appointed. The rooms were lovely and the bathrooms were unique and beautiful. I hope to return again.

Tinas place is wonderful. Our family had great time. We enjoyed heated pool and hot jet in a private setting. There is a firepit by the pool and ptown is at an hour drive. We'll be coming back!
