The house is partially renovated - recycled materials - based on the old house from 1960.

The apartment is close to everything: town, castle, beach, marina and forest. There is a court yard you can use and free parking on the property. Please note that the apartment is on the first floor, so there are stairs up to the apartment and that the backyard/entrance area is monitored by an external security camera.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. 1 km to the center of Sønderborg and 1 km to the beach promenade and Gendarmstien. The apartment is on the 1st floor in a brick master villa from 1934 and is 78 sqm. The home is a non-smoking home, which can accommodate up to 4 people. As a rule, bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. If you don't have the opportunity to bring it yourself, we can help you with this. We charge a small fee for this.

Parking space right next to the circus wagon. 300 meters to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensborg.
