Monthly Rentals in Song De Vong

What an amazing find! We had a great time at the Villa- it was well equipped for our stay, with a secure entry system. It was a calming haven with butterflies, birds & gekkos to watch. Xuan, our host, was very responsive. The bedlinen was good quality, showers were great, and the large bath was a treat. There is a very good restaurant (The Old Man) next door. The cleaners came every 2 days and the place was immaculate. We appreciated the washer & dryer facilities. The mini mart 100 yards away takes laundry & sells a range of cold beers & wine. We organised cycle hire for a few days, which were delivered to the villa & collected again Scooter hire was close by, if you are brave enough! Grab taxis were plentiful, reliable & cheap into town (average 75,000 vnd into old town) Beach is easily accessible with sunbeds to rent for the day. The new jacuzzi was spotless and a lovely place to cool down after a days sightseeing. We loved staying here & would definitely return-thank you!

Chuong is such an amazing host! So friendly and helpful with local recommendations. She offers a delicious complimentary breakfast by the river in the morning. Chuong helped me arrange a private fishing charter with a local captain, then arranged to have our catch cleaned and cooked for our dinner at the restaurant nextdoor! The location is away from An Bang by just a 5min Grab ride, but quiet and quaint. It is rght next to the river and beach which is nice. Great value for the nightly rate!

We had a great stay at Thuong’s place. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Thuong could not have been more helpful and professional, going out of her way to assist. The neighbourhood has plenty to offer: beach, local cafes, mini marts and early morning markets and is a nice contrast to the intensity of the old town. The old town is just 10 minutes by Grab, if you are booking a car, it’s easier to do it from the next street up, the main street with shops etc because drivers can have difficulty getting down the narrow riverfront road. It’s not impossible and some did amazingly but it’s easier to walk one minute and book from there. Thank you Thuong for all your help, suggestions and availability. It was really lovely to meet you!!

You could not ask for a better place to stay in Hoi An, or perhaps anywhere. One of the best accomodation experiences I’ve had in all of my travels. The accomodation itself is beautiful and peaceful, but what makes it stand out is the incredible work of Luong and Huong in making you feel totally at home and looked after. Fresh fruit and juice during the day, beautiful breakfasts in the morning, amazing help organising everything I needed and wanted to do while in Hoi An. Some people say Hoi An is only worth a few days in terms of sight seeing , I stayed a week and could have stayed a whole month! Just read the rest of the reviews, they all say the same thing for a reason.
