These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Välkommen till vårt fina gårdshus med lugnt, men centralt läge i Söråker. Här bor ni bekvämt med plats för 3-4 personer. Sovplatserna är fördelade på ett sovrum med en mindre dubbelsäng och enkelsäng, i vardagsrummet finns bäddsoffa. Wifi och TV med Chromecast. Husdjur är välkomna, 2 katter bor på gården. Laddare för elbil finns, debiteras faktisk kostnad/förbrukning enligt aktuellt elpris. Vänligen notera att vi endast hyr ut till privatpersoner, inte till företag eller via ombud.

Located across from our family home, the cottage overlooks two lakes and Själandsklinten mountain and it is the perfect base for outdoor adventures. From hiking and biking to fishing and kayaking, there’s no shortage of activities to enjoy.
