The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. Quietly located, this two-bedroom apartment is very easy to access and will seduce you for your hikes and walks around Lake St Férreol, accessible in 5 minutes on foot. No smoking, but an outdoor area is available. Pets not allowed, thank you for your understanding. Our accommodation is equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as a kettle and a toaster. The beds are made upon arrival and bath towels are at your disposal.

We will have the pleasure of welcoming you to "La Maison Cachée" located at the foot of the ramparts close to the city center and direct access to all amenities in the heart of the tourist district. Recently restored and fully equipped, you can enjoy a real moment of relaxation in a private courtyard overlooking the medieval city of Carcassonne. Occupancy is 8 people. Reservation is possible for 2 guests or more.
