Beachfront holiday rentals in Sorrento

Yes there are stairs, but this place is absolutely worth it. There isn’t a location in Amalfi that doesn’t require a decent walk, but when you end up here you really don’t mind. Amazing terrace, amazing location, and honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Having Louisa (bistro/butchery) as essentially the first restaurant you see before heading up to the place is 🤌🏻. The house its self is modern, has a great shower and exactly as described. Will stay here again next year!

Marina’s apartment was a gem! We loved our stay in Atrani and the apartment was perfect. We spent the end of each day lounging on the patio looking out at the beautiful sea. Marina was incredibly thoughtful and left many surprises for us upon arrival. Atrani was exactly what we hoped for-it was laid back and inviting, a wonderful respite from the busy cities of the Amalfi coast. The locals were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!!!!

Gaspare’s place is very well equipped, clean, perfect for two and good for family of four. Massive roof terrace above the flat. It’s about 20-25 minute walk into Sorrento and 10-15 minute walk to the train station. We used the latter a lot as it’s cheap and convenient after a day of exploring. A good supermarket called Supero, is close to the Sant Agnello station. The flat is on the top floor, so 4 flights of stairs to carry bags. We would travel lighter next time we come to this area as we used public transport a lot. Only slight downside is thin walls between apartments means sound travels. Thank you for being a great host.

Fabrizio and the co-host Maria were both very responsive and helpful. Maria made it very easy to get to the Airbnb. The Airbnb was clean, looked just like the pictures and the large balcony was stunning. Fabrizio also helped organize private transportation for us from Positano to Naples. We had a great experience.

Great stay - The apartment is just as pictured, maybe better. The property management company who help run the apartment were so kind and responsive and accommodated our requests. Orlando met me in Atrani and walked me through the apartment when I arrived by ferry at 8pm. I had a friend meet me in Atrani for the second half of my stay, and Orlando arranged to have the housekeeper make up the couch bed and the apartment actually worked very well with people sleeping in both rooms despite the compact size. There is even a half bath in the bedroom to make things easier. The living room is small - but we spent most of our time outside of the apartment or on the balcony. Atrani is a short 10 min walk from Amalfi, very convenient to walk for dinners and to get to the Amalfi port. I was surprised that the apartment did not come with beach essentials as the Atrani beach is one of the few free beaches on the coast. Will miss the balcony!

Hidden gem right on the sea ! Very peaceful and Golden Beach Restaurant next door rents out the chairs d parasol. And it s a good place to eat . To note many Italian tourists come here so just follow them when you are looking for a place to eat ! The appartement is very cool and everything is provided . If you need anything the host, Roberto is very responsive !.

The view from this place is indescribable. Filomena will go above and beyond to make sure you’re feeling at home. We stayed for a week and we felt both privacy and also part of a community. Minori is small enough that you get a charming Italian village feel without the tourist masses of other towns like Positano and Amalfi. The hike up to the house was a ritual every day. You will be tired and sweaty under the scorching sun, but it’s so worth it once you start climbing above the town skyline and the lemon groves. Grabbing a lemon Granita or gelato before attempting is a must! The house is quite comfortable for a small group and they even accommodated our four month old with a crib in the room. It was quite hot in Minori already in early June, which made having the beach close to us an added bonus. The house it’s quite cool specially if you leave the balcony doors open. We didn’t even need to use the AC at all. Thanks to Filomena and Mario for welcoming our family. I hope we come back.

What a gem! The apartment was outstanding with a breathtaking view. I don’t think the photos do this justice as we found the apartment to be larger and newer than expected. A special mention has to go to the dinners we had on the balcony. They were delicious and great value. If you’re thinking of booking this apartment don’t hesitate. It’s great!

Wow, what to say. Francescopaolo's apartment was all that we'd hoped for. The terrace is beautiful, lots of places to relax and of course the amazing view. The living accommodation is bright, airy and bigger than it looks in the photos. Francescopaolo has lots of beautiful ornaments, pots and pictures - loved the mermaid table! The kitchen doesn't feel small as it's really well designed, lots of storage and had absolutely everything that you could possibly need. The icing on the cake was access to the sea and we had some beautiful swims down there, the water was just gorgeous. Location was good and we loved Minori, lots of amazing restaurants and it didn't feel touristy at all, it was quiet but still had a good atmosphere, especially in the evening when everyone comes out for their passeggiata. Francescopaolo was a great host, good at communication, sent lots of information on local places and friendly. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa , the place is Beautiful ,the location is just perfect. The view from the balcony is Indeed breathtaking overlooking the ocean . There is delightful private área for sunbathing . Everything we needed was avalible from the convenience of a washer to a fully assortment of dishes etc . This property is fantástic, highly recommended ! 5 start also for Jason , he was over our expectations . Thank you for making aour holiday the best one ! Will come Back next year for sure .

Giuseppe was the most welcoming and thoughtful host, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for exploring the area, and we loved coming back to such a peaceful, cozy space each night. You can tell Giuseppe truly cares about his guests’ experience — every detail was carefully thought out. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Thank you, for making our trip so memorable. Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

There are not enough words to express how lucky we felt to find Mary's gem at Castello Guisso. From the moment of booking, Mary's responsiveness and recommendations for planning our trip were so helpful. She communicated and guided to the point of arrival. We were greeted by lovely Mary with a tour and treats of the gorgeous Castello Guisso. Absolutely breathtaking location and views. The apartment was beautifully appointed and both modern & spacious! The balcony gorgeous views of the sea and the pool. The private beach was amazing with cobalt blue sea. We were on our honeymoon, and we are grateful to have booked Mary's apartment because our entire experience exceeded all expectations because of staying here. The hospitality provided was over and above and the genuine kindness to ensure a great visit to Vico Equense/Sorrento Coast was endearing. If you are looking for a private and quiet experience away from the touristy parts of the Sorrento/Amalfi coast this is a great place to be.

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

What an amazing stay! This place, although at the top of about 300 steps, was well worth the walk up. The views of the harbour and sea were to die for. This unique place had everything we needed and felt very private. It was great to pick fresh basil and lemons from the gardens. And the homemade Limencello was delicious. Francesca was very attentive, walking us up the first time and showing us the house, and her parents were very warm and welcoming too. The water pressure, especially the shower was fantastic, and the 2 air conditioning units were excellent. The luggage lift is a great invention! Although it’s a shame there isn’t one for humans!! The beach is very private, with the great addition of not only sunbeds and umbrellas, but also a shower, toilet and paddle boards and kayaks. Just remember everything you need for the day, as it’s a long walk back! It was only a short walk into Positano, and although on a busy main road, there are always lots of pedestrians and pavements

Beautiful apartment that was spacious and clean, great views over looking Amalfi from the balcony! The apartment is high up on the hill meaning a bus is required to get too and from Amalfi centre, however there is a bus stop 100 yards from the entrance which is really useful!

One word for this Air BnB.. wow. It is even better than the photos, the view is something else, you definitely get what you pay for. From the location, to the view, to the inside of the air BnB to the host, everything was amazing. Gabriella and her mum were so lovely and made us feel so welcome, would even text to check everything was ok. The communication was spot on. The place really felt like home. Casa Dalia, is definitely the best place I have ever stayed and if I was to go back to positano I would stay here. The walk down to the centre is only around 15 minutes and such a lovely walk. So many nice restaurants and shops near by, it’s a really good area we definitely hit the jack pot! Thank you so much again Gabriella.

The most amazing stay! The directions made the place easy to find through the residential area. Our views from the apartment were out of this world, magical! We enjoyed each sunrise and made use of the espresso maker provided. I would recommend this place to everyone! We will definitely be returning. Thank you 🌅☕️

We can’t say enough good things about our stay in Valentina’s home!!! From the time she & her nephew Fernando greeted us and showed us around the apartment, we felt like we were visiting w/old friends!!! The home is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished & decorated, comfortable, safe and so convenient to Marina Grande (right out the door of the building) and up to Sorrento!!! She messaged us once settled to make sure we had all we needed, was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had during our stay, and even booked us a private driver (Allesandro Mario who is both a knowledgeable tour guide of the region as driver – be sure to ask Valentina to connect you w/him if you need transport) to take us to Naples upon our departure. We highly recommend booking Valentina’s home for a stay - she is a lovely person who is clearly committed to ensuring a wonderful vacation in her home - we will definitely be back to book with her again!!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Giovanni Maria’s place. Our host was exceptional - so wonderfully kind and friendly, giving us so many wonderful recommendations and being the most fantastic host we have experienced. The apartment is huge, with three outside spaces overlooking the sea. It is very easy to walk to the beach and restaurants and the nearby train station meant we could easily reach Pompei, the amalfi ferry and the very lovely Vietri Sol Mare. A little piece of me will stay in the apartment - it was exceptional. We would love to come back one day.

A lovely little private gem on coast of Italy. Monica was responsive and greeted us personally when we arrived. Gave us lots of local recommendations and also provided some breakfast food. Very kind host and lovely clean and spacious place. Thank you!

The best view of Amalfi! Worth every step. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Paola’s. The house is clean and she goes out her way to make sure you have everything you need and makes you feel at home. I am so glad I booked for our time in Amalfi. Having coffee on the terrace every morning was spectacular! Thank you Paola for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This is my second time staying at Giovanni’s and I have to say it is one of the best views in positano in my opinion. It is certainly a hike to get up to the property but if you’re in reasonable shape it is fine and the views make it worth it alone. Highly recommend to anybody interested in staying here!
