Guests bring their own bed linen and clean themselves. Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets.

In the larger bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed, the other two bedrooms have bunk beds where the lower part is 120 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the bathroom there is a washing machine and sauna. Parking is available directly adjacent to the apartment.

Fullt utrustat kök, två sovrum samt bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Här kan du klicka på skidorna direkt utanför dörren, ta två stavtag och va direkt ute i skidsystemet. Skoterled finns på andra sidan vägen och vill man åka längdskidor så är det 200-300 meter till skidspår och elljusspår.

Ski in ski out location with parking for biler and snowmobiling. Near shops, restaurants and nightlife. Hemavan is the starting point for the almost 400 km long King’s Trail (Kungsleden), which takes you through incredible mountain scenery and ends in Abisko.

The apartment is a spacious one-bedroom apartment with large kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. After about 3 minutes walk you will find the fish-rich Umeälven where you can take a swim.
