The house is located in beautiful and quiet Sjulnäs which is a small village and is located 8 km outside Slagnäs, Lapland. The house is in the immediate vicinity of a lake that is part of the Skellefteå river, below the house there is a small sandy beach and the lake can also offer good fishing all year round. During the winter months there are very good opportunities for snowmobiling, skiing and ice fishing. During cold winter evenings you can experience a magical northern light.

Modern villa of 120 sqm with sauna at Sweden's most beautiful beach (at least we think so). We've been coming here for three generations and never wanted to go home. Now we hope that you too will enjoy our house, which we have built with care in every detail. The location is magical on the kilometer-long beach in Solberg. It is close to the hills in Tärnaby and Hemavan, Kungsleden is just at the house junction. If you like to fish, it's only a five-minute walk to the rapids.
