Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

The area has 2 beaches, a long beach that is suitable for toddlers and one with more depth for the slightly larger ones. There are also many hiking trails to explore and small fishing waters in Odalen.

The farm is located about 15 minutes drive by car to the city, Elverum. A grocery store is about 13 minutes away. You should have a car if you are going to stay with us. You will find a farm in operation, with tractors driving at times, but also silence, nature, trees, land and forest as neighbors. Occasionally you can see elk and deer on the land. Sometimes there are northern lights!
