The apartment is part of the ground floor of our house, but has a separate entrance, bathroom with shower, toilet & bathtub. Fully functional kitchen with fridge & freezer and private patio. Balcony in a sunny location with a small yard (fenced so small dogs can run freely.) There is a small charcoal grill. 1 parking space for car is included and is next to the house. In the room, there is a double bed 140 cm wide and a sofa bed for two persons.

From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.
