On the entrance level there are built-in loudspeakers in the ceiling that are controlled via Sonos. There is also a loft with two single beds, sofa and TV. The downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms of which bedroom 1 is with walk-in-closet and double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and private exit to the terrace and bedroom 3 with a family bed for space for three. Downstairs there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a fully tiled bathroom with shower. Here you will also find a large TV room with sofa and big screen TV. The house has a large balcony on the ground floor with dining for 8 and with stairs down to a huge wooden deck where there is a jacuzzi, sunbeds, patio furniture and dining for 10. Välkomna att hyra vår fantastiska villa strax utanför Kungshamn/Smögen under sommaren. Det finns 7 säng platser och 6 platser fördelat i 3 bäddsoffor. Så totalt 13 sovplatser. Vi har en stor Terasspool som rymmer 12-14 personer, uppvärmd till 38 grader. Finns även laddare till din elbil att låna helt utan extra kostnad. I garaget har vi ett hobbyrum där man har tillgång till gym, pingis, dart mm. Trädgården är inramad med staket och har mycket roligt för barnen att leka med.

På kvällarna kan du grilla på klipporna och bada i den vedeldade badtunnan med utsikt över Brofjordens inlopp. Det är ca 15 min gång till närmsta strand och till hamnen i Skalhamn. Här bor 8 personer bekvämt och huset har alla moderna bekvämligheter som behövs för en avkopplande semester. Välkomna!
