On the entrance level there are built-in loudspeakers in the ceiling that are controlled via Sonos. There is also a loft with two single beds, sofa and TV. The downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms of which bedroom 1 is with walk-in-closet and double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and private exit to the terrace and bedroom 3 with a family bed for space for three. Downstairs there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a fully tiled bathroom with shower. Here you will also find a large TV room with sofa and big screen TV. The house has a large balcony on the ground floor with dining for 8 and with stairs down to a huge wooden deck where there is a jacuzzi, sunbeds, patio furniture and dining for 10. The whole house is state of the art with all the luxuries that may be needed and with the latest equipment. Broadband is connected throughout the house.

Welcome to rent our amazing villa just outside Kungshamn/Smögen during the summer. There are 10 fixed beds (three extra beds are provided if needed). We have a large terrace pool that accommodates 12-14 people, heated to 38 degrees. There is also a charger for your electric car to borrow at no extra cost. In the garage, we have a hobby room where you have access to a gym, ping pong, darts, etc. The garden is framed with fences and has a lot of fun for the kids to play with.

På kvällarna kan du grilla på klipporna och bada i den vedeldade badtunnan med utsikt över Brofjordens inlopp. Det är ca 15 min gång till närmsta strand och till hamnen i Skalhamn.
