There are mosquito nets on the windows and an insect screen on the front door. In the outdoor sauna, there is a hot shower + firewood for heating the stove. You can cook your own meals in the kitchen nook. Clear instructions for everything. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 TVs. When you leave, just take your own belongings with you. NOTE: Wood heating and pets can cause symptoms for sensitive individuals. Stairs and an uneven yard can make it difficult to exercise!

Well-located two-bedroom apartment with sauna. Lighted ski trails and outdoor trails are nearby. The distance to Katinkulta is about 1 km. You can machine wash sportswear and tumble dry it in the dryer. After your workout, you can relax in the renovated sauna. A canopy can be found for your car with a heating plug. It is not possible to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle here. The nearest charging point is located in the yard of the nearby S-Market. THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINAL CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

A hidden gem by the pond, built by Vuorineuvos S.A. Tervo for himself at the tip of a headland, offers a peaceful haven steeped in history. This atmospheric, electrified cabin offers peace and quiet in the midst of nature, yet is only about 15 km (9 miles) from the services of the town of Nurmes (Bomba and Hyvärilä are about a 10-minute drive away). The shallow, fish-rich pond offers excellent recreational opportunities, and the surrounding area provides good mushroom and berry picking grounds. An idyllic place for a family cabin getaway too!

Very close to the beach and a small park with swimming docks. In winter, access to the trails of Sotkamo, Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju. The local bus of the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area operates in the area. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. The fully equipped cottage has two bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, and an electric sauna. The courtyard has a terrace and a private barbecue canopy. The shore of the pond, where there are boats and a large barbecue hut, is available to residents. 12 kilometers from Kajaani. We rent a beach sauna at an additional cost during the thaw. The maximum number of people is 4 adults + 2 children (under 14 years).
