The place was very clean with an amazing location, Poppy was very friendly and helpful especially with the kids. The place was very clean and exceeded expectations. Will be returning if I ever stay in Kaikoura again.

Incredible sea view, under the window is the Kaikula Coast. It is very convenient to go to the center of Kaikura Town, the location is very good. The room is very tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the spa mode of the bathtub is also very comfortable. Highly recommended

Of all the places I have stayed this one might be the nicest. Absolutely beautifully decorated with every amenity you could want. The beds were really comfortable with little extras like electric bed warmers and a heater in the bathroom. It was quiet with a spectacular view of the ocean. This is a special place.

We had a wonderful stay at Poppy’s AirBnb in Kaikōura. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s in a quiet, convenient location with lovely views. Poppy was a fantastic host—helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing stay. Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean. Location is amazing. We really appreciate for providing all basic facilities which is Air BnB standard. Also, balcony is best place in house to sit and have food and drinks while looking stunning views of sea and mountains

Great location near the beach. Poppy was a wonderful host and the room was clean, warm and slept 5. This was a perfect stop on our way from Christchurch to Nelson. Would stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Thank you Lynette, we really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect spot to watch the sea and easy walking into town. The apartment was super clean and was well equipped for our stay over the Easter weekend. We would be more than happy to come and stay again.

Leanne was a fantastic host! She has a beautiful home/oasis right by the ocean that everyone should come and enjoy! From the beach out front, to the large deck, morning and afternoon trains passing by (which by the way weren’t that noisy inside) and even the spa! All of it was exactly as we expected! Leanne was prompt in communicating and ensured we had everything we needed! We will definitely be coming back for another stay soon!

Our stay was perfect! The house was a great size for all of our family. Beds were very comfy and the furnishings were immaculate. Host was very accommodating to our needs and had great communication. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The place was clean, spacious, well-furnished and had views that will leave you breathless. It was hard to find the entrance along the tracks, and I felt they could do more to mark out. Also the main aircon had problems so Angela brought over two more portable heaters so that we can be comfy. We didn’t have clear skies at night, and didn’t sight any dolphins, but there were plenty of seals just a short drive away.

The location is absolutely stunning and not far from the town while being both private and isolated.The whole house is classic old old furniture and loved it.

Where do I start! Amazing, without a doubt the most beautiful and well presented retreat I have stayed at. Attention to detail was second to none, an unbelievable and overwhelming experience, private and peaceful yet, if requested, Sean would respond in minutes. The property boasts so many additional features over and above the building itself, outside full bar area, fire pit, full laundry, gym to name a few. We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights and didn’t want to leave (I even enquired whether the property was for sale). Don’t hesitate to book this property, it would not be possible to be disappointed. Thank you Sean and Skip for your hospitality. Truly amazing place, beautiful and we didn’t turn the tv on once, why would you when you can relax in such stunning surroundings and in front of a roaring log burner. Totally amazing experience, do not miss out on this one! It’s better than all the rest.
