Highly recommend! The unit is new and beautiful with stunning views and comfortable accommodations. The building is very nice, with 2 pools, a large hot tub, relaxing common areas, and friendly staff. Michael was quick to respond to all our questions.

My stay at Lincoln’s Suites was so comfy. I stayed by myself and the room is so spacious, has a kitchenette, walk in closet, small dining table, and a wonderful bed. Everything around it was so close. It’s a block walk to Ross, Five Below, CVS, liquor store etc. Everything is right there even the beach is just three short blocks. Cons: Limited kitchen gadgets (ex. Pots pans, paper towels, glasses. The ice machine is on the roof The bar for towels in the room I stayed in had a bit of rust. The walls carry sounds Other than that (minuscule things) everything was perfect. I would stay again. In fact planning on it and bringing my husband.

I had a great stay at Lincoln Arms! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a relaxing and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

Communication was very good, very quick answers and check in very easy. Are was more than flexible: My flight left in the evening and he offered me to stay as long as possible and even organized a place to leave lugguage and a possibility to take a shower-He frequently asked if everything was ok-perfect host, will definitively come back!

living space is very clean & well stocked. View of city and partial ocean is a highlight especially with ceiling to floor windows! love the valet parking & resort providing beach chairs and umbrella, it was needed in 90 degree weather! Building could invest in better gym equipment & thr pool area closed too soon for adults and pricing. overall great place!

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is thoughtfully minimal, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The natural light throughout the space is fantastic, and the corner balcony on the 12th floor offers gorgeous views of Miami—such a blessing to wake up to! The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great amenities that made my stay very enjoyable. The unit shares a private hallway with one other tenant, which likely helps to keep the price reasonable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and I would definitely stay again!

You really enjoy this thing in this nice and clean apartment. It had everything we needed for our babymoon vacation. Everything was great. The apartment was a sparkling clean. The pool and the gym were very nice and perfect. The fifth floor pool was great because we have a two year-old and he could walk in the water. They really enjoyed every second there the beach was fantastic and very beautiful. Although I wish the beach was a cleaner. We found some plastic glasses and some trash in the sand. We'll book this place for sure for our next Miami Beach vacation .

The view is spectacular. My only complain is there are no lights on the balcony. A small table light of some sort would be nice. It can get pretty pitch black is the moon isn’t out. The pools were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Valet parking was a bit annoying at times when they were very busy but we never had to wait too too long to get your vehicle. The guys work really hard so they are earning there tips for sure. I did wish the place had a safe to put your valuables in but overall. This place is extremely safe and was pretty quiet. Low key and close enough to South Beach to go for Dinner most nights.

Blue Bell is awesome! So clean, peaceful, and quiet, but still close to everything. Gator mom and housekeeping are always so sweet. Thanks again for a wonderful stay; I'll be back soon.

Amazing, spacious, clean, quiet and beautiful apartment. Michael was extremely responsive to all of my questions and requests, facilitating a late check out, and allowing me to hold onto a few towels for the afternoon so I could continue to enjoy the beach until my flight

Beautiful, bright and airy, spotless apartment in mint condition! Very nice (partial) ocean view. Pools are great. Beach is 60 seconds away from property edge. Check- in was very easy, and the valet parking attendants are quick and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Amazing 5-star stay! pro: -Amazing ocean view from the 12th floor. New apartment and excellent interior design. -10-minute walkable distance to Walgreens and grocery stores -One nice restaurant on the first floor of a nearby hotel -Nice sofa on the balcony to enjoy the ocean view con: -While it's great to put your laptop on the side on a vacation, the wifi sometimes takes 1-2 seconds to refresh a Chrome web page.
