The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

This beautiful house is perfect for your recreation, and offers many opportunities for fun and relaxation. The house has a pergola where you can enjoy beautiful summer evenings and enjoy dinner outside with family and friends. There is also a swimming pool that provides refreshment and the opportunity to relax on warm summer days. If you feel like barbecuing, you can use the outdoor grill and prepare a great meal in the open air. There is a playground around the house where your children can play and enjoy their free time.

Penzion Samson

Your whole family will rest in this quiet space. However, our Pension Samson is not only a perfect relaxing location, you will also be delighted by its proximity to South Bohemian monuments, such as Hluboká nad Vltavou, České Budějovice, or Třeboň. Walkers will also find their own, thanks to the expansive forest, literally "a stone's throw away" from the guesthouse. If you're a little more active, we have a lot of kilometers on the straight for cyclists to not only do sports, but especially to breathe.

Užívejte si Budějce pěšky nebo na kole! Dům je situován v klidné čtvrti 15 min chůze od hlavního náměstí. Pokud si však chcete užít i ubytování, tak jste tu správně! Můžete si rozdělat oheň, ugrilovat steaka, saunovat se, ochladit se v jezírku nebo si pustit film na plátně s kvalitním zvukem (nutno vzít vlastní notebook)! Surrounded by a wild garden with grazing cow, sheep, and roaming cats, you can pick currants or herbs for tea and gather mushrooms in the nearby forests. There’s a quiet seating area just outside, safely away from the already peaceful road. A dedicated office is available for undisturbed work, making it easy to combine relaxation with productivity.

The natural herbal garden is surrounded by wild and undiscovered Novohrad Mountains offers guests a place for several tents with backdrops. My priority is to give guests privacy, so a maximum of 12 people are staying together. At night, it's completely dark and the sky full of stars, the wind swims in deep forests, and it carries earthy scents. While wandering, you'll discover deep forest pits, lakes, and many mysterious spots in extinct villages.

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and pond, where time passes more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself under the solar shower during the day and relax in a hammock overlooking the sunset. In the evening, you will be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air fireplace, while bats fly quietly overhead. Ideal place for moments of silence and escape to nature.
